寧波軟土深基坑時(shí)空效應(yīng)分析及安全評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:為了緩解城市用地困難和交通擁堵的壓力,大力開發(fā)地下空間、建設(shè)軌道交通成為城市健康發(fā)展的必然趨勢。在寧波市軌道交通建設(shè)過程中,車站基坑與明挖區(qū)間都需要進(jìn)行大規(guī)模的地下開挖,這就牽涉到大量軟土深基坑工程的問題。本文以寧波市軌道交通2號線一期工程汽車市場站~甬江北站區(qū)間C基坑為背景,對現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測成果、軟土深基坑的時(shí)空效應(yīng)、地基土m值的反演分析以及深基坑工程安全評價(jià)進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,,主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾方面: 1.結(jié)合寧波市軌道交通深基坑工程實(shí)例,給出了相應(yīng)的施工監(jiān)測方案。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),重點(diǎn)分析了墻體水平位移、支撐軸力、墻頂豎向位移、地表沉降、建筑物沉降與坑外水位的變化情況,研究了寧波軟土地區(qū)深基坑的變形規(guī)律及受力特征。 2.針對軟土地區(qū)深基坑開挖的時(shí)空效應(yīng)現(xiàn)象,采用考慮時(shí)空效應(yīng)的有限元法建立基坑工程有限元分析模型,探討了墻體厚度、墻體入土深度、支撐水平間距、支撐預(yù)加軸力、支撐架設(shè)時(shí)間、開挖寬度等因素對地下連續(xù)墻內(nèi)力與變形的影響,并提出了深基坑工程時(shí)空效應(yīng)施工方法。 3.基于深基坑開挖施工的實(shí)測位移數(shù)據(jù),利用位移反分析法對典型工況下地基土的m值進(jìn)行了反演分析,并將優(yōu)化反演結(jié)果與勘察報(bào)告提供值進(jìn)行比較,給出了深基坑開挖涉及到的主要土層m值的建議值。 4.結(jié)合深基坑工程的實(shí)際工況,構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的安全評價(jià)等級與安全評價(jià)指標(biāo),利用模糊綜合評判法建立了深基坑工程的安全評價(jià)模型,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),對工程實(shí)例的安全狀況進(jìn)行定量評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In order to alleviate the difficulty of urban land use and the pressure of traffic congestion, it is an inevitable trend for the city to develop underground space and build rail transit. In the process of railway construction in Ningbo station foundation pit and open excavation section need to be excavated on a large scale which involves a large number of soft soil deep foundation pit engineering problems. In this paper, based on the foundation pit of section C of the first phase project of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 2, the space and time effects of deep foundation pit in soft soil are analyzed. The inversion analysis of m value of foundation soil and the safety evaluation of deep foundation pit engineering are studied systematically. The main contents include the following aspects: 1. Combined with the example of deep foundation pit project of rail transit in Ningbo, the corresponding construction monitoring scheme is given. Based on the field monitoring data, the changes of horizontal displacement of wall, supporting axial force, vertical displacement of wall top, ground settlement, building settlement and water level outside the pit are analyzed, and the deformation law and stress characteristics of deep foundation pit in soft soil area of Ningbo are studied. 2. In view of the space-time effect phenomenon of deep foundation pit excavation in soft soil area, the finite element analysis model of foundation pit engineering is established by using the finite element method considering space-time effect, and the wall thickness, wall depth, horizontal support spacing and supporting pre-axial force are discussed. The influence of support erection time, excavation width and other factors on the internal force and deformation of underground continuous wall is discussed, and the construction method of space-time effect of deep foundation pit engineering is put forward. 3. Based on the measured displacement data of deep foundation pit excavation, the m value of foundation soil under typical working conditions is inversed and analyzed by using displacement back analysis method, and the optimized inversion results are compared with the values provided by the survey report. The suggested value of m value of the main soil layer involved in deep foundation pit excavation is given. 4. Combined with the actual working conditions of deep foundation pit engineering, the corresponding safety evaluation grade and safety evaluation index are constructed, and the safety evaluation model of deep foundation pit engineering is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the monitoring data on site are combined. The safety condition of engineering example is evaluated quantitatively.
