【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和回歸田園的都市休閑模式興起,我國休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展日新月異,功能持續(xù)拓展,內(nèi)涵不斷豐富。然而在觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)中仍存在集聚性功能不明顯、景觀效果與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益難以協(xié)調(diào)的問題,成為觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)與發(fā)展提升的瓶頸問題之一 本文在對(duì)浙江典型的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,提出農(nóng)業(yè)專類園的概念,并研究其在觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)中的分類、功能與規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),主要研究結(jié)果如下： (1)在分析整合文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)地考察,探討了觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的相關(guān)概念、基本特征、類型劃分、承載功能及專類園的解析,并首次提出了“農(nóng)業(yè)專類園”的概念。 (2)以觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)作為基礎(chǔ)資料,經(jīng)過歸納分析,提出“服務(wù)形態(tài)”作為分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將其分為4個(gè)類型,即景觀游賞型、娛樂參與型、科普教育型和生產(chǎn)展示型。通過調(diào)查實(shí)例闡釋了各類型的涵義、特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用方式,及進(jìn)一步論證了分類的合理性和可行性。 (3)以筆者參與良渚野蘆灣生態(tài)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園和嘉興碧云花園生態(tài)農(nóng)莊的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為實(shí)踐案例,闡述了農(nóng)業(yè)專類園凸顯園區(qū)定位和明晰整體布局的功能,以及對(duì)于提升觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的整體游賞品質(zhì)、生態(tài)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益起到的積極推動(dòng)作用,為休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the rise of urban leisure mode returning to rural areas, the leisure and sightseeing agriculture in our country develops with each passing day, its function continues to expand and its connotation is constantly rich. However, the agglomeration function is not obvious and the coordination between landscape effect and economic benefit is difficult in the construction of sightseeing agricultural park, which becomes one of the bottleneck problems in the construction and development of tourism agricultural park. Based on the investigation of typical sightseeing agricultural parks in Zhejiang province, this paper puts forward the concept of agricultural special type parks, and studies its classification, function and planning design in tourism agricultural parks. The main results are as follows: 1) based on the analysis and integration of literature and field investigation, this paper probes into the related concepts, basic characteristics, classification of types, bearing functions and analysis of special type parks of sightseeing agricultural parks, and puts forward the concept of "special agricultural gardens" for the first time. (2) based on the field survey data of the sightseeing agricultural park, the paper puts forward the "service form" as the classification standard, and divides it into four types, namely, the landscape tour type, the entertainment participation type, and so on. Popular science education and production display type. The meaning, characteristics and application of each type are explained by an investigation example, and the reasonableness and feasibility of classification are further demonstrated. Taking the author's participation in the planning and design of ecological leisure agriculture garden in Liangzhu Wild Luwan Bay and Biyun Garden in Jiaxing as a practical case, the functions of highlighting the location of the park and clarifying the overall layout of the park are expounded. It also provides a reference for the planning and design of the leisure and sightseeing agricultural park, which plays an active role in promoting the overall tourism quality, ecological benefit and economic benefit of the sightseeing agricultural park.
