高效節(jié)能精裝一體化外墻預(yù)制保溫條板的研制

【摘要】:建筑能耗約為一個國家總能耗的30-40%,有效地降低建筑能耗在能源愈見匱乏的今天具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義,綠色裝配式混凝土建筑、住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化以及建筑工業(yè)化已經(jīng)成為建筑行業(yè)不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的大趨勢,節(jié)能型建筑材料也成為世界各國建筑業(yè)所致力研究和開發(fā)的重點。 本文提出了設(shè)計一種高效節(jié)能、防火防水及隔聲等性能突出、精裝一體化、條板化工廠預(yù)制生產(chǎn)并現(xiàn)場快速插接施工的外墻預(yù)制保溫條板體系——HRP外墻條板體系的概念,對HRP外墻條板進(jìn)行了基本設(shè)計和性能分析優(yōu)化,并研究了其工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。 HRP外墻條板的板體沿其厚度方向設(shè)置的內(nèi)面板、外面板和位于外面板、內(nèi)面板之間的芯板,外面板、內(nèi)面板之間通過熱斷橋結(jié)構(gòu)件連接為一體,杜絕了“冷橋”的出現(xiàn)。同時,兩板之間嵌有連續(xù)的密封硅膠條,可以阻絕外界空氣與室內(nèi)的交換,減少熱量的流失。通過計算,條板的熱阻值為2.922m2K/W,其傳熱系數(shù)則為0.342W/(m2·K),達(dá)到了75%以上的高效節(jié)能目標(biāo)。 HRP外墻板進(jìn)行了板型和尺寸、墻板面板砂漿、墻板構(gòu)造以及生產(chǎn)工藝等優(yōu)化設(shè)計,符合工廠工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的需求,可采用智能化生產(chǎn)線,大規(guī)模、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn),大幅度降低生產(chǎn)成本。對條板板型及尺寸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,將其寬度定為600mm,厚度及長度可調(diào)節(jié),并采用盡量簡化合理的排版設(shè)計,預(yù)留一定的制造和施工偏差。試驗研制一種兼顧較好的流動性和較高的強(qiáng)度的砂漿,分別研究了砂子顆粒級配、早強(qiáng)劑摻量、減水劑摻量對砂漿性能的影響,通過正交試驗結(jié)果分析,選擇添加劑中各成分的最佳比例為硫鋁酸鹽水泥:P.O.42.5:消泡劑:減水劑:硼酸:纖維素醚:早強(qiáng)劑=100:300:0.1:3:0.1:0.05:8。 采用做防火封閉的聚苯板做保溫隔熱層材料,將聚苯板沿寬度方向預(yù)留1-2mm的壓縮空間,并在聚苯板基板上四周預(yù)留30mm×57mm的空間粘貼改性酚醛防火板。進(jìn)行防火封堵設(shè)計后的條板的防火等級提高,同時不會產(chǎn)生熱斷橋。 HRP外墻條板兩側(cè)設(shè)置榫卯式防水構(gòu)造,將垂直縫轉(zhuǎn)為水平縫,榫卯式防水構(gòu)造為傾斜45°的菱形斜面,在斜面上設(shè)置導(dǎo)流槽,一旦雨水進(jìn)入可像瓦屋面一樣可將水迅速導(dǎo)出;并且在條板的上沿、下沿均有配套的斜面,非常利于防水;條板的四周均設(shè)有兩道密封條,也有利于防水。 在HRP外墻殺板的四周設(shè)置兩道密封條,用于墻體密封,同時條板施工完后在與梁連接的地方灌筑密封材料。對條板的隔聲性能進(jìn)行了分析計算,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板的隔聲量為58.85dB,其隔聲性能是非常突出的。 HRP外墻條板本身實現(xiàn)了集保溫、防火、防水、精裝修于一體,同時板體預(yù)留適當(dāng)?shù)某叽缙?用工業(yè)化的高精度滿足現(xiàn)場施工的低精度,板吊裝就位后插接拼裝到位,施工快捷方便。真石漆類涂料和氟碳漆類等外墻飾面多樣化,根據(jù)工程需要定制即可。在板的寬度方向預(yù)留0.5~1mm的間隙,在板的長度方向預(yù)留3~5mm的間隙,并且施工時宜采用“冬留縫、夏頂緊”方式使預(yù)留縫隙的尺寸更加合理。 滿足HRP外墻條板性能需求的面板砂漿的研制以及面板φ=2mm@40mm鋼筋網(wǎng)的配制,使條板的結(jié)構(gòu)受力更加合理。研制了面板專用纖維砂漿,將面板尺寸從50mm減至30mm,大大減輕自重;同時以板長3600mm的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板為例進(jìn)行了使用階段和施工階段的內(nèi)力計算和分析,根據(jù)其危險截面的控制內(nèi)力驗算了φ=2mm@40mm的鋼筋網(wǎng)滿足配筋要求。 根據(jù)試制試驗現(xiàn)場的情況,初步構(gòu)想設(shè)計了HRP外墻條板全自動化生產(chǎn)線、生產(chǎn)工藝各操作步驟工作要點以及生產(chǎn)的包裝、儲存等注意事項,可滿足工業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、全機(jī)械自動化生產(chǎn)的需求。條板自動化生產(chǎn)線分為裝模系統(tǒng)、攪拌注漿系統(tǒng)、養(yǎng)護(hù)系統(tǒng)和拆模系統(tǒng),在生產(chǎn)中各個系統(tǒng)位置固定不變,依靠自動化控制系統(tǒng)操作模車在預(yù)定軌道上行走完成整個生產(chǎn)流程工藝,盡量減少人工。

This paper puts forward the design of a kind of high efficiency, fireproof, waterproof and sound insulation, integration, the prefabrication of the bar plate chemical plant and the construction of the prefabricated exterior wall, the concept of the HRP exterior wall strip system, the basic design and performance analysis and optimization of the HRP outer wall strip, and the study of its industry. Two seal strips are set around the wall of the HRP exterior wall to seal the wall. At the same time, the sealing material is filled in the place where the beam is connected to the beam. The sound insulation performance of the strip is analyzed and calculated. The sound insulation of the standard plate is 58.85dB, and the sound insulation performance is very prominent.
HRP outer wall strip itself has achieved heat preservation, fire protection, waterproof, and hardcover repair in one, while the plate body reserved appropriate size deviation, with industrial high precision to meet the low precision of the site construction, the board hoisting in place after inserting and assembling in place, the construction is quick and convenient. The exterior wall decoration of the real stone paint and fluorocarbon paint is diversified, according to the engineering needs The gap between 0.5 and 1mm is reserved in the width of the plate. The gap between 3 and 5mm is reserved in the length direction of the plate, and it is appropriate to use the "winter stay seam, the summer top tight" way to make the size of the reserved slot more reasonable.
The development of the panel mortar to meet the performance requirements of the HRP exterior wall strip and the preparation of the panel =2mm@40mm steel mesh make the structure of the strip more reasonable. The special fiber mortar is developed to reduce the size of the panel from 50mm to 30mm, and the self weight is greatly reduced. At the same time, the application stage and construction stage of the standard plate with the plate length 3600mm are taken as an example. According to the internal force calculation and analysis, according to the control internal force of the dangerous section, the steel mesh of the =2mm@40mm is checked to meet the requirements of reinforcement.
According to the situation of trial production site, this paper preliminarily designs and designs the fully automated production line of HRP outer wall strip, the main points of the operation steps of the production process, the packing and storage of production, which can meet the needs of industrialization, standardization and fully mechanized automatic production. The strip automation production line is divided into the molding system and the mixing grouting system. The maintenance system and the dismantling system are fixed in each system position in the production, and the automatic control system operates on the predetermined track to complete the whole production process technology by the automatic control system, and minimise the manpower.
