【摘要】：近年來(lái)，地理信息系統(tǒng)（GIS）作為一種新興技術(shù)在各個(gè)行業(yè)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛，其中城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域也在不斷探索。在城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域GIS偏重于城市規(guī)劃管理方向而在城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方面的應(yīng)用相對(duì)較少，大部分僅是針對(duì)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)某些問題使用GIS進(jìn)行分析、評(píng)價(jià)。造成這種現(xiàn)狀的原因有很多，其中技術(shù)因素也是一個(gè)重要原因之一。所以探索GIS技術(shù)在城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方面的應(yīng)用問題是當(dāng)前研究的一個(gè)重要課題。 本文以延安新區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為例，利用GIS技術(shù)，重點(diǎn)研究了在新區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中的具體應(yīng)用，以達(dá)到提高規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量、增加設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)含量和合理性、提高工作效率的目的。 本文首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外GIS在城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的研究現(xiàn)狀，在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合目前普遍采用的基于CAD技術(shù)的城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法，來(lái)比較應(yīng)用GIS技術(shù)的城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法，分析了引入GIS技術(shù)給城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)的變化，總結(jié)出利用GIS技術(shù)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)；其次，在理論方面，重點(diǎn)介紹城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中常用的空間處理技術(shù)，如空間數(shù)據(jù)的類型、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、輸入與編輯、空間分析功能以及空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等，作為對(duì)問題研究不可缺少的理論基礎(chǔ)；最后，在實(shí)踐方面，以延安新區(qū)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為例，具體分析了延安新區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中的難點(diǎn)問題，并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。進(jìn)而對(duì)新區(qū)規(guī)劃的一系列問題進(jìn)行空間信息分析，建立相應(yīng)的空間處理模型，將GIS技術(shù)的空間分析和3D分析技術(shù)融入規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過程中，開展了適用于城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方法的一系列技術(shù)實(shí)踐，如：基地現(xiàn)狀環(huán)境分析、地形改造、城市建設(shè)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)、水文分析、可視性分析、三維成果的顯示等。GIS技術(shù)的運(yùn)用幫助解決了延安新區(qū)在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)遇到的眾多難題，，改變了規(guī)劃師過度依賴主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷指導(dǎo)規(guī)劃工作的狀況，使規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)具有更科學(xué)定量化的分析手段，對(duì)延安新區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)有重要的參考價(jià)值。延安新區(qū)城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中GIS技術(shù)的應(yīng)用是對(duì)基于GIS技術(shù)的城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的一次嘗試性探索，為GIS技術(shù)支持下的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工作方法及應(yīng)用思路的更新完善提供參考和建議。希望在不久的將來(lái)GIS技術(shù)能夠在城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)入深層次的運(yùn)用，能在推動(dòng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的合理性和高效率、規(guī)劃決策的科學(xué)性等各方面發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Geographic Information system (GIS), as a new technology, has been used more and more widely in various industries, among which the field of urban planning has been continuously explored. In the field of urban planning, GIS is more focused on the direction of urban planning management than in the field of urban planning and design. Most of the problems in urban planning and design are analyzed and evaluated by GIS. There are many reasons for this status quo, among which the technical factor is one of the important reasons. Therefore, to explore the application of GIS technology in urban planning and design is an important research topic. Taking the planning and design of Yan'an New area as an example, this paper focuses on the application of GIS technology in the planning and design of the new area, in order to improve the quality of the planning and design, increase the scientific content and rationality of the design, and improve the working efficiency. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of GIS application in the field of urban planning at home and abroad. On the basis of this, combining with the widely used methods of urban planning and design based on CAD technology, this paper compares the methods of urban planning and design using GIS technology. This paper analyzes the changes brought about by the introduction of GIS technology to urban planning and design, and summarizes the advantages of using GIS technology in urban planning and design. Secondly, in theory, it focuses on introducing the spatial processing technology commonly used in urban planning and design. Such as the types of spatial data, organizational structure, input and editing, spatial analysis function and spatial database, as an indispensable theoretical basis for the study of the problem; finally, in practice, taking the urban planning and design of Yan'an New District as an example, This paper analyzes the difficult problems in the planning and design of Yan'an New area and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Then a series of problems in the new area planning are analyzed, and the corresponding spatial processing model is established. The spatial analysis and 3D analysis of GIS technology are integrated into the planning and design process. A series of technical practices applicable to urban planning and design methods are carried out, such as: environmental analysis of base status, terrain reconstruction, suitability evaluation of urban construction land, hydrological analysis, visibility analysis, The application of GIS technology helps to solve many problems encountered in the planning and design of Yan'an New area, and changes the situation that planners rely excessively on subjective experience judgment to guide the planning work. It has important reference value for the planning and construction of Yan'an New District. The application of GIS technology in the urban planning and design of Yan'an New District is an attempt to explore the urban planning and design based on GIS technology, which provides references and suggestions for updating and perfecting the working methods and application ideas of planning and design under the support of GIS technology. It is hoped that in the near future, GIS technology can be used in the field of urban planning and design at a deeper level and play an increasingly important role in promoting the rationality and efficiency of planning and design, and in the scientific decision-making of planning.
