【摘要】：人口老齡化是21世紀(jì)的一個(gè)顯著特征,基于我國(guó)的特殊國(guó)情,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的任務(wù)十分繁重,然而老年公寓的戶外環(huán)境卻尚未適應(yīng)老齡化的悄然降臨。因此,有必要針對(duì)老年公寓戶外環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)、系統(tǒng)的研究。 論文從人口老齡化的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況入手,借助老年生理學(xué)、心理學(xué)、環(huán)境行為學(xué)和景觀學(xué)等多學(xué)科的研究成果,分析了老年人的生理、心理和行為需求。 在此理論基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)南京市多家老年公寓的戶外環(huán)境展開實(shí)地調(diào)查,并著重對(duì)南京市四所老年公寓的戶外環(huán)境典型案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查、交流訪談及調(diào)查問卷等方法進(jìn)行調(diào)研,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)一的分析框架,對(duì)案例的背景、區(qū)位、戶外環(huán)境分區(qū)、交通路網(wǎng)組織、空間構(gòu)成、設(shè)施小品及綠化現(xiàn)狀做調(diào)查分析。接著,從幾個(gè)主要方面對(duì)調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行橫向比較,總結(jié)出其普遍存在的問題及一些可取之處。 隨后,以老年公寓戶外環(huán)境為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)構(gòu)建與分析。在前文的資料歸納和調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,將老年公寓戶外環(huán)境的主要評(píng)價(jià)因子分為安全性、功能性、宜居性和景觀性四個(gè)部分,并在這四個(gè)部分分別羅列出主要影響因子,利用層次分析法分析各類因子相對(duì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)的重要性,明確老年公寓戶外環(huán)境建設(shè)重心。再通過調(diào)查問卷對(duì)調(diào)查樣地進(jìn)行打分,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證補(bǔ)充實(shí)地調(diào)查的結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步明晰南京市老年公寓的戶外環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀。 最后,根據(jù)上述分析和研究,總結(jié)歸納出目前南京市老年公寓戶外環(huán)境存在的普遍問題,并以此探析全國(guó)老年公寓在戶外環(huán)境建設(shè)方面存在的不足及缺失。試圖分析老年公寓戶外環(huán)境的營(yíng)造原則,提出切實(shí)可行的建議,希望對(duì)老年公寓戶外環(huán)境的營(yíng)造起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The aging of population is a remarkable feature of the 21st century. Based on the special situation of our country, the task of strengthening the construction of social pension service system is very heavy. However, the outdoor environment of the elderly apartment has not adapted to the coming of aging quietly. Therefore, it is necessary to do a detailed and systematic study on the outdoor environment of the elderly apartment. Based on the current situation of aging population, this paper analyzes the physiological, psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly with the help of the research results of physiology, psychology, environmental behavior and landscape science. On the basis of this theory, the outdoor environment of many old apartments in Nanjing is investigated on the spot, and the typical cases of outdoor environment of four old apartments in Nanjing are studied empirically. By using the unified analysis framework, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the background, location, outdoor environment zoning, traffic network organization, spatial composition, facility sketch and greening status of the case. Then, by comparing the survey subjects from several main aspects, the common problems and some advantages are summarized. Then, taking the outdoor environment of the old apartment as the research object, the comprehensive evaluation construction and analysis are carried out. On the basis of the above data induction and investigation and analysis, the main evaluation factors of the outdoor environment of the elderly apartment are divided into four parts: safety, functionality, livability and landscape, and the main influencing factors are listed respectively in these four parts. The importance of relative comprehensive evaluation of all kinds of factors is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the emphasis of outdoor environment construction of old apartment is defined. Through the questionnaire to score the sample land statistical analysis of the evaluation results verify the results of the supplementary field investigation to further clarify the outdoor environment of the elderly apartment in Nanjing. Finally, according to the above analysis and research, summed up the common problems existing in the outdoor environment of the elderly apartment in Nanjing, and analyzed the deficiencies and deficiencies of the outdoor environment construction of the old apartment in the whole country. This paper attempts to analyze the principles of building outdoor environment of the old apartment, and puts forward some practical suggestions, hoping to play a certain reference role in the construction of outdoor environment of the apartment for the aged.
