粉噴樁復(fù)合地基的工作機理及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,我國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的規(guī)模不斷擴大。在工程建設(shè)中會經(jīng)常遇到軟弱地基,其承載力滿足不了建筑物的建造要求。為了滿足建筑物上部結(jié)構(gòu)對地基的承載力以及變形要求,越來越多的工程采用復(fù)合地基來進行地基處理。 復(fù)合地基根據(jù)豎向增強體材料的性質(zhì)可分為散體材料樁復(fù)合地基、柔性樁復(fù)合地基、剛性樁復(fù)合地基三類。粉噴樁復(fù)合地基是柔性樁復(fù)合地基的一種,它在施工時無噪音、無振動、無土體位移、無廢水污染、對環(huán)境影響小,而且施工簡便、成本低、工期短。該技術(shù)在軟土地基加固中有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景。 目前在鄭州地區(qū),粉噴樁處理軟土地基的應(yīng)用較少,而且該技術(shù)在橋梁工程中應(yīng)用較多,在房建工程中應(yīng)用較少,其加固機理、破壞機理等方面的理論研究還不完善,在實際工程中也出現(xiàn)過一些問題。 本文研究了粉噴樁加固軟土地基的作用機理、破壞模式,闡述了粉噴樁復(fù)合地基的承載力和沉降計算方法。以鄭州市山水生態(tài)城住宅小區(qū)中粉噴樁處理軟土地基為工程實例,計算了單樁以及復(fù)合地基的承載力,確定了樁徑、樁長、樁間距、面積置換率、固化劑摻入量等設(shè)計參數(shù)。通過現(xiàn)場單樁豎向靜載荷試驗和復(fù)合地基靜載荷試驗,驗證了有關(guān)承載力計算公式的適用性,同時總結(jié)闡述了粉噴樁復(fù)合地基施工過程中出現(xiàn)的問題以及解決方案,有關(guān)結(jié)論為鄭州地區(qū)粉噴樁復(fù)合地基的推廣應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the scale of infrastructure construction in China is expanding. Soft foundation is often encountered in engineering construction, and its bearing capacity can not meet the requirements of building construction. In order to meet the bearing capacity and deformation requirements of the superstructure of the building, more and more projects use composite foundation to treat the foundation. The composite foundation can be divided into three categories according to the properties of vertical reinforcement material: the composite foundation of bulk pile, the composite foundation of flexible pile and the composite foundation of rigid pile. Powder jetting pile composite foundation is a kind of flexible pile composite foundation. It has no noise, no vibration, no soil displacement, no waste water pollution, little influence on environment, simple construction, low cost and short construction period. This technology has a broad development prospect in soft soil foundation reinforcement. At present, in Zhengzhou area, the application of powder jet pile in treating soft soil foundation is few, and the technology is applied more in bridge engineering and less in house construction engineering. The theoretical research on strengthening mechanism and failure mechanism of this technology is not perfect. There have also been some problems in actual projects. In this paper, the mechanism and failure mode of soft soil foundation strengthened by powder jet pile are studied, and the calculation method of bearing capacity and settlement of composite foundation with powder jet pile is expounded. Taking the soft soil foundation treated by powder jet pile in the residential district of Sanshui Ecological City of Zhengzhou as an engineering example, the bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation is calculated, and the design parameters such as pile diameter, pile length, pile spacing, area replacement rate and the amount of curing agent are determined. Through the vertical static load test of single pile and static load test of composite foundation, the applicability of the calculation formula of bearing capacity is verified, and the problems and solutions in the construction of composite foundation with powder jet pile are summarized. The relevant conclusions provide a reference for the popularization and application of powder-jet pile composite foundation in Zhengzhou area.
