【摘要】：建筑安裝行業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱行業(yè)之一,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的占有比重重占有非常重要的比例。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的不斷深化,整個行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出一種平穩(wěn)發(fā)展的趨勢,預(yù)計到2013年底,建筑安裝行業(yè)的整體產(chǎn)值將超過100000億元,年平均增長率將超過7個百分點(diǎn),行業(yè)的社會附加值有望突破20000億元的規(guī)模,年平均增長比例超過8個百分點(diǎn),占整個國民生產(chǎn)總值的7個百分點(diǎn)左右。在未來的五年內(nèi),我國的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)、市政公用建設(shè)和固定資產(chǎn)的投資還在保持在一個較高的將保持在一個較高的水平,中國建筑安裝市場面臨重要的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 隨著市場競爭的不斷深化,中國建筑安裝市場將出現(xiàn)一個重大的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和重組,建筑市場將重新洗牌。建筑安裝行業(yè)正逐步由勞動密集型和資金密集型向著技術(shù)密集型方向轉(zhuǎn)變,建筑安裝行業(yè)中的企業(yè)也將向著資金實力雄厚,管理水平高超,技術(shù)裝備全面地方向發(fā)展。 建筑安裝行業(yè)的新一輪結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整給相關(guān)企業(yè)帶來了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本文將以A公司為研究對象,通過主要的戰(zhàn)略管理理論,充分結(jié)合相關(guān)行業(yè)專家和學(xué)者的研究成果和重要思想,以調(diào)研、分析、統(tǒng)計等研究方法為基礎(chǔ),探討建筑安裝行業(yè)所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境和發(fā)展趨勢以及A公司所面臨的發(fā)展問題,從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度,應(yīng)用SWOT分析法、五力分析法、VRIO分析法等進(jìn)行個案研究,提出適應(yīng)新形勢下A公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略定位與調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)市場競爭的要求。
[Abstract]:The construction and installation industry is one of the important pillar industries of our national economy, which occupies a very important proportion in the national economy.With the continuous deepening of urbanization, the whole industry is showing a trend of steady development. It is estimated that by the end of 2013, the overall output value of the construction and installation industry will exceed 10 trillion yuan, with an annual average growth rate of more than 7 percentage points.The industry's social added value is expected to exceed 2 trillion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of more than 8 percentage points, accounting for about 7 percentage points of the gross national product.In the next five years, China's urbanization construction, municipal public construction and investment in fixed assets will remain at a higher level, and the construction and installation market in China will face an important development opportunity.With the deepening of market competition, there will be a major industrial restructuring and restructuring in China's construction installation market, and the construction market will be reshuffled.The construction and installation industry is gradually changing from labor-intensive and capital-intensive to technology-intensive.The new round of structural adjustment in the construction and installation industry brings opportunities and challenges to the related enterprises.This article will take A Company as the research object, through the main strategic management theory, fully unifies the related profession expert and the scholar's research achievement and the important idea, takes the research method and so on investigation, analysis, statistics as the foundation,This paper probes into the industry environment and development trend of the construction and installation industry and the development problems faced by company A. From the height of the strategic development of the enterprise, it applies the SWOT analysis method and the five-force analysis method to carry out the case study.This paper puts forward the strategic orientation and adjustment to adapt to the development of company A under the new situation in order to meet the requirements of market competition.
