【摘要】：中國建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程分為四個階段,從建國至今,我國建筑業(yè)經(jīng)歷了形成和成長,停滯和徘徊,恢復(fù)和發(fā)展等幾個階段 縱觀建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,從中可以得出：我國建筑業(yè)從上世紀(jì)中期開始形成并逐漸發(fā)展到今天,其發(fā)展態(tài)勢總體上呈現(xiàn)出上升趨勢；在上升的發(fā)展趨勢中一直經(jīng)歷著波動,這些波動主要是由于一些政治經(jīng)濟(jì)上的決策和重大事件所引起的。與此同時,建筑業(yè)依靠自身的發(fā)展,也對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 目前,“綠色建筑”已成為國際建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,世界上很多國家都大力提倡和發(fā)展綠色建筑,紛紛以綠色建筑為主題制定了相應(yīng)的評估體系,如美國《綠色建筑評估體系》(Green Building Rating System),加拿大的Green Building Challenge評估手冊等,都對綠色建筑評估作出了詳細(xì)規(guī)定。國際綠色建筑的發(fā)展已從進(jìn)入一個以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為戰(zhàn)略,以高新技術(shù)為先導(dǎo),全方位提升建筑品質(zhì)的新領(lǐng)域。 綠色建筑也是中國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的長期目標(biāo),為更好地引導(dǎo)綠色建筑的發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,中國應(yīng)在借鑒成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)建設(shè)適合自己國情的“綠色建筑”,達(dá)到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理想模式。 本文以遼寧省地區(qū)建筑業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際情況為前提,結(jié)合中國現(xiàn)階段具體經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和政策因素,探索和總結(jié)遼寧省建筑業(yè)在可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面遇到的問題,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的研究成果和國際可持續(xù)發(fā)展的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,對所發(fā)現(xiàn)問題加以研究,探尋出推動遼寧省建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方法和措施,為建設(shè)新時期資源節(jié)約型,環(huán)境友好型社會指明方向。進(jìn)行遼寧省建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策研究,有助于促進(jìn)建筑業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,規(guī)范和發(fā)展建筑業(yè)市場,增強(qiáng)建筑企業(yè)的核心競爭力,推動建筑行業(yè)良性發(fā)展,對建設(shè)遼寧省可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建筑業(yè)有著積極的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The course of development of Chinese construction industry is divided into four stages. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, China's construction industry has experienced several stages, such as formation and growth, stagnation and wandering, recovery and development, etc.Looking at the development course of the construction industry, we can draw a conclusion that the construction industry of our country began to form and gradually develop from the middle of last century to today, and its development trend generally shows an upward trend, and it has been experiencing fluctuations in the rising trend of development.These fluctuations are mainly caused by political and economic decisions and major events.At the same time, the construction industry depends on its own development, but also made a great contribution to the national economy.At present, "green building" has become the development direction of the international construction industry. Many countries in the world have vigorously advocated and developed green building, and have formulated the corresponding evaluation system with the theme of green building.For example, the Green Building Rating system, the Green Building Challenge Evaluation Manual of Canada and so on, have made detailed regulations on the evaluation of green building.The development of the international green building has entered a new field which regards sustainable development as the strategy, takes the high and new technology as the guide, and promotes the building quality in all directions.Green building is also the long-term goal of the development of Chinese construction industry. In order to better guide the development of green building and realize the sustainable development of construction industry, China should learn from the successful experience.To develop and build green buildings suitable for their own national conditions, to achieve the ideal mode of sustainable development.On the premise of the development of the construction industry in Liaoning Province, this paper explores and summarizes the problems encountered in the sustainable development of the construction industry in Liaoning Province, combining with the specific economic environment and policy factors at the present stage in China.Combined with the research results of the developed areas in China and the standards and requirements of the international sustainable development, the problems found are studied, and the methods and measures to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry in Liaoning Province are explored, so as to construct the resource-saving type in the new period.Environmental-friendly society indicates the direction.The study on sustainable development of construction industry in Liaoning Province will help to promote the industrial structure transformation of construction industry, standardize and develop the construction industry market, strengthen the core competitiveness of construction enterprises, and promote the benign development of construction industry.For the construction of Liaoning Province sustainable development of the construction industry has a positive guiding significance.
