【摘要】：在建立化工設(shè)備失效概率修正因子指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于多層次灰色評(píng)價(jià)法的化工設(shè)備失效概率修正模型；通過構(gòu)建事故后果計(jì)算程序并對(duì)池火災(zāi)、蒸氣云爆炸及中毒進(jìn)行模擬,確定了熱輻射、爆炸沖擊波及中毒的影響范圍；提出了化工園區(qū)布局程序,建立了以事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)收益為兩個(gè)優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的化工園區(qū)布局優(yōu)化模型；從算法的正確性、有效性及其搜索性能上提出了評(píng)價(jià)化工園區(qū)布局優(yōu)化算法性能的準(zhǔn)則；對(duì)比研究了向量評(píng)價(jià)遺傳算法(VEGA)、非劣排序遺傳算法-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)及基于確定性擁擠機(jī)制的小生境遺傳算法(DCGA)三種算法對(duì)無約束條件下化工園區(qū)進(jìn)行布局優(yōu)化的結(jié)果,通過分析三種算法的適用性,提出了適用于化工園區(qū)布局優(yōu)化的方法-——DCGA算法,基于各工業(yè)土地利用類型個(gè)人風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)與個(gè)人風(fēng)險(xiǎn)衰減函數(shù),得出了各工業(yè)土地利用類型下個(gè)人風(fēng)險(xiǎn)衰減修正系數(shù)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化規(guī)律,并運(yùn)用DCGA算法實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程實(shí)例所建模型的無約束、有約束及提高約束條件后的有約束優(yōu)化求解,得到了不同情況下的布局優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:On the basis of setting up the index system of failure probability correction factor for chemical equipment, a model of failure probability correction for chemical equipment based on multi-level grey evaluation method is put forward, and the accident consequence calculation program is constructed and the pool fire is analyzed.Steam cloud explosion and poisoning were simulated to determine the influence of thermal radiation, blast impact and poisoning, and the layout procedure of chemical park was put forward.The optimization model of chemical park layout with accident risk and economic profit as two optimization objectives is established, and the criteria for evaluating the performance of chemical park layout optimization algorithm are put forward in terms of the correctness, validity and search performance of the algorithm.The results of vector evaluation genetic algorithm (VEGA), noninferior sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA- 鈪，
