西北地區(qū)大型公共建筑可持續(xù)性評價系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,城市化進程加快,大型公共建筑的比例迅速增加,規(guī)模不斷擴大,是城市現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標志之一。它不僅在公共服務及社會管理方面發(fā)揮巨大的作用,同時對城市建筑的設計與運行具有“樣板”作用。盡管大型公建比例小但能耗高,并且存在病態(tài)建筑綜合癥等諸多問題,尤其針對西北地區(qū)等發(fā)展中地區(qū),發(fā)展可持續(xù)建筑成為必然選擇。目前存在的問題是缺乏針對西北地域特點的科學有效的大型公建可持續(xù)性評價工具,使大型公建的可持續(xù)性難以準確度量,,不利有效指導建設具有可持續(xù)性建筑物,因此對于西北地區(qū)大型公共建筑可持續(xù)評價方法與技術的研究顯得尤為迫切。 針對上述問題,綜合考慮西北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、自然資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境等典型因素,構建了包含生態(tài)環(huán)境與資源消耗、建筑環(huán)境質(zhì)量、建筑性能、運營與管理及社會與經(jīng)濟效益五個關鍵維度的指標體系,設計了大型公建可持續(xù)性參數(shù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),使用多變量建模方法,基于遞進階梯層次模型結構,建立了西北地區(qū)大型公建可持續(xù)性評價模型;并分析了環(huán)境、社會、資源、建筑業(yè)現(xiàn)狀四方面與以上指標體系的相互關系,從而確定其地域影響因子權重、量化因子,得出大型公建可持續(xù)性整體地域影響權重;結合由統(tǒng)籌熵權法確定的整個西北地區(qū)權重體系,得出西北五省的大型公建可持續(xù)評價權重體系,進而實現(xiàn)對西北地區(qū)大型公建可持續(xù)性的客觀、準確評價。 本研究建立了西北五省的大型公建可持續(xù)性模型,實現(xiàn)了對定量可持續(xù)性指標的監(jiān)測及定性指標的定量分析研究,為西北地區(qū)大型公共建筑的可持續(xù)性評價提供了可靠的方法,促進可持續(xù)性大型公共建筑在西北地區(qū)的推廣應用,為節(jié)能、健康且具有整體“可持續(xù)性”的大型公建的實現(xiàn),提供了理論依據(jù)和實踐指導。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the urbanization process is quickened, the proportion of large-scale public buildings is increasing rapidly, and the scale is constantly expanding, which is one of the important symbols of the degree of urban modernization.It not only plays a great role in public service and social management, but also plays a "role model" in the design and operation of urban buildings.Although the proportion of large public construction is small, the energy consumption is high, and there are many problems such as sick building syndrome, especially for the developing areas such as the northwest region, the development of sustainable building becomes the inevitable choice.The existing problem is the lack of scientific and effective tools for evaluating the sustainability of large-scale public construction, which makes it difficult to accurately measure the sustainability of large-scale public construction and effectively guides the construction of sustainable buildings.Therefore, it is urgent to study the sustainable evaluation methods and techniques of large public buildings in Northwest China.In view of the above problems, considering the typical factors such as economic development, natural resources, ecological environment and so on in Northwest China, the paper constructs a system that includes ecological environment and resource consumption, building environment quality, building performance, etc.Based on the index system of five key dimensions of operation and management and social and economic benefits, this paper designs a large-scale public building sustainability parameter monitoring system, and uses multivariable modeling method, based on the stepwise hierarchical model structure.The evaluation model of large-scale public construction sustainability in Northwest China is established, and the relationship between environment, society, resources, construction status and the above index system is analyzed, so as to determine the weight and quantification factors of the regional influence factors, such as the environment, the society, the resources and the present situation of the construction industry.The overall regional influence weight of the sustainability of large-scale public construction is obtained. Combined with the weight system of the whole northwest region determined by the entropy weight method, the weight system of the large-scale public construction sustainability evaluation in the five northwest provinces is obtained.Furthermore, the objective and accurate evaluation of the sustainability of large-scale public construction in Northwest China is realized.This study has established the sustainability model of large-scale public construction in five provinces of Northwest China, realized the quantitative monitoring and quantitative analysis of quantitative sustainability index, and provided a reliable method for the sustainability evaluation of large-scale public buildings in Northwest China.Promoting the popularization and application of sustainable large-scale public buildings in Northwest China provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the realization of large-scale public buildings with energy saving, health and overall "sustainability".
