【摘要】:制冷設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,各類產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量逐年增長,制冷設(shè)備的性能評價(jià)對規(guī)范市場秩序、保證透明消費(fèi)、促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排事業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要作用。本文以空調(diào)用制冷設(shè)備為對象,分析提出其季節(jié)性能評價(jià)需遵循的原則,評價(jià)要素的構(gòu)建方法,以此分析現(xiàn)行制冷設(shè)備季節(jié)性能評價(jià)方法中存在的問題和改進(jìn)方法,以及構(gòu)建新型設(shè)備的性能評價(jià)體系,對于現(xiàn)行產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂和新產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立都具有理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文提出了制冷設(shè)備性能指標(biāo)的確定應(yīng)遵循公平性、科學(xué)性、盡可能反映實(shí)際運(yùn)行效果等原則,其試驗(yàn)方法應(yīng)遵循方法簡單、工況要少、一致性好等原則。對季節(jié)性能評價(jià)中的三大要素進(jìn)行研究,驗(yàn)證了建筑負(fù)荷線性模型的合理性,明確了空調(diào)制冷設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)間的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,提出了與真實(shí)性能對比以區(qū)分各種性能模型準(zhǔn)確度的研究方法。 對8臺多聯(lián)機(jī)進(jìn)行全工況制冷或制熱性能實(shí)驗(yàn),以實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了多聯(lián)機(jī)的性能模型,并結(jié)合公認(rèn)的典型建筑負(fù)荷和運(yùn)行時(shí)間分布模型,獲得多聯(lián)機(jī)季節(jié)性能的比較基準(zhǔn),進(jìn)而分析各種季節(jié)性能評價(jià)方法及其性能指標(biāo)的準(zhǔn)確性,指出采用ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的APF體系更能反映多聯(lián)機(jī)的實(shí)際性能,進(jìn)而結(jié)合中國的建筑負(fù)荷特性和氣象數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建新的多聯(lián)機(jī)季節(jié)性能評價(jià)體系。 針對冷水機(jī)組IPLV季節(jié)性能指標(biāo)存在的爭議,從季節(jié)性能評價(jià)機(jī)理出發(fā),提出了一種更能真實(shí)反映冷水機(jī)組季節(jié)性能的新指標(biāo)——季節(jié)部分負(fù)荷性能系數(shù)(SPLV),并證明了SPLV≤IPLV;分析制冷機(jī)房中機(jī)組群的“臺數(shù)控制”特點(diǎn),,根據(jù)單臺冷水機(jī)組的SPLV的構(gòu)建思想,推導(dǎo)出機(jī)組群的季節(jié)性能指標(biāo)SPLV(N)的計(jì)算公式,并給出了SPLV(N)的測量工況。 針對新研發(fā)的基站用熱虹吸/蒸氣壓縮復(fù)合空調(diào)機(jī)組的性能特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用場合,構(gòu)建其季節(jié)性能評價(jià)三要素的數(shù)學(xué)模型,提出了復(fù)合空調(diào)機(jī)組的APF評價(jià)方法,并對一臺復(fù)合空調(diào)機(jī)組在我國五個(gè)典型地區(qū)應(yīng)用時(shí)的季節(jié)運(yùn)行性能進(jìn)行評價(jià),與實(shí)測結(jié)果比較表明,所提出的評價(jià)方法能夠良好地反映產(chǎn)品性能。
[Abstract]:The refrigeration equipment industry is booming and the output of all kinds of products is increasing year by year. The performance evaluation of refrigeration equipment plays an important role in standardizing the market order, ensuring transparent consumption and promoting the development of energy saving and emission reduction.Taking refrigeration equipment for air conditioning as the object, this paper analyzes the principles to be followed in the evaluation of seasonal energy and the method of construction of evaluation elements, so as to analyze the existing problems and improvement methods in the current methods of seasonal performance evaluation of refrigeration equipment.The establishment of new equipment performance evaluation system is of theoretical significance and engineering application value for the revision of current product standards and the establishment of new product standards.This paper puts forward that the determination of performance index of refrigeration equipment should follow the principles of fairness, scientificalness and reflect the actual operation effect as far as possible, and its test method should follow the principles of simple method, less working condition and good consistency.This paper studies the three elements of seasonal energy evaluation, verifies the rationality of the linear model of building load, and clarifies the statistical method of the operating time of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.A research method is proposed to distinguish the accuracy of various performance models by comparing it with real performance.Based on the measured data, a multi-on-line performance model is constructed for 8 multi-unit cooling or heating performance experiments under full working conditions, and combined with the generally accepted model of building load and running time distribution.The comparison datum of multi-on-line seasonal performance is obtained, and the accuracy of various seasonal performance evaluation methods and performance indexes are analyzed. It is pointed out that the APF system with ISO standard can better reflect the actual performance of multi-online system.Furthermore, a new multi-online seasonal energy evaluation system is constructed based on the characteristics of building load and meteorological data in China.In view of the controversy of seasonal performance index of IPLV of chillers, the mechanism of seasonal performance evaluation is considered.In this paper, a new index which can truly reflect the seasonal performance of chillers, the seasonal partial load performance coefficient is presented, and the SPLV 鈮
