西安市建筑和小區(qū)雨水利用研究

【摘要】:不斷加快的城市化建設(shè)速度,使得城市的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,而整個(gè)西安市的水資源卻跟不上其發(fā)展的速度,造成水資源短缺等問(wèn)題較為嚴(yán)重。西安市地處我國(guó)陜西省黃河流域中部的關(guān)中盆地,其多年平均降雨量在614.6mm左右,具有豐富的雨水資源,對(duì)于雨水利用提供了相當(dāng)便利的條件,這些豐富的雨水資源若能過(guò)有效利用,西安市日益緊張的水資源問(wèn)題將可以得到有效緩解。 本研究以維持小區(qū)建筑用地原有的水平為目標(biāo),查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外城市住宅小區(qū)相關(guān)的雨水利用資料,以西安市某住宅小區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,研究雨水利用技術(shù)及結(jié)合利用模式,其主要研究結(jié)果如下: 1、根據(jù)西安市自然概況(地理、氣候與土壤特征、降雨特點(diǎn)),對(duì)西安市進(jìn)行雨水利用的可行性、必要性、可利用潛力進(jìn)行分析。 2、本文通過(guò)對(duì)目標(biāo)小區(qū)可收集的雨水量和用水量進(jìn)行估算,同時(shí)進(jìn)行雨水水量平衡分析;并結(jié)合該住宅小區(qū)不同類型下墊面的雨水水質(zhì)變化情況,,對(duì)下凹式綠地,透水草坪磚,綠化屋面的蓄滲能力與減少的徑流系數(shù),進(jìn)行理論研究論證并通過(guò)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比論證了其對(duì)于雨水利用系統(tǒng)的可行性。 3、通過(guò)對(duì)目標(biāo)小區(qū)雨水年可利用量和小區(qū)年所需雜用水量的計(jì)算對(duì)比可知,其能夠完全滿足雜用需水量并且還有富余,對(duì)于其他需要用水的地方也能使用,并且可以有效減少小區(qū)周圍由于降雨所產(chǎn)生的泄流壓力以及提高其水資源的綜合利用率。 4、結(jié)合下凹式綠地,透水鋪裝,綠化屋面的研究結(jié)果建立雨水收集回用系統(tǒng)流程和提出雨水綜合利用模式,為西安城市住宅小區(qū)的雨水資源可持續(xù)利用提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)與實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。 5、小區(qū)雨水利用具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益及生態(tài)環(huán)境效益,對(duì)于城市小區(qū)廣泛采用雨水利用系統(tǒng)具有相當(dāng)?shù)慕梃b作用。
[Abstract]:The accelerating speed of urbanization makes the scale of the city expand, but the water resources of Xi'an can not keep up with the speed of its development, resulting in the shortage of water resources and other serious problems.Xi'an is located in the Guanzhong basin in the middle of the Yellow River basin in Shaanxi Province. Its annual average rainfall is about 614.6mm, and it has abundant Rain Water resources, which provides quite convenient conditions for the use of Rain Water.If these abundant Rain Water resources can be used too effectively, Xi'an 's increasingly tight water resources problem can be effectively alleviated.The purpose of this study is to maintain the original level of the residential land in the residential area, to consult the relevant Rain Water utilization data of the urban residential district at home and abroad, to take a residential district in Xi'an as the research object, to study the use technology and the combined utilization mode of Rain Water.The main findings are as follows:1. According to the natural situation of Xi'an city (geography, climate and soil characteristics, rainfall characteristics), the feasibility, necessity and potential of Rain Water utilization in Xi'an city are analyzed.2. By estimating the amount of rain water and water consumption that can be collected in the target district, and carrying on the balance analysis of Rain Water's water quantity, and combining with the change of water quality of Rain Water in different types of underlying surface of the residential district, the paper gives the concave green space and permeable lawn brick.The storage capacity of greening roof and the reduced runoff coefficient are studied theoretically and the feasibility of using the system for Rain Water is proved by comparison of calculation results.3. By comparing the annual usable quantity of Rain Water and the amount of miscellaneous water needed in the area, we can see that it can fully meet the requirement of miscellaneous water and has surplus, and can also be used in other places where water is needed.And it can effectively reduce the discharge pressure caused by rainfall and improve the comprehensive utilization of water resources.4. Combined with the research results of concave green space, permeable pavement and green roof, the flow chart of Rain Water collection and reuse system and the comprehensive utilization mode of Rain Water were established.It provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the sustainable utilization of Rain Water resources in Xi'an urban residential district.5. The utilization of Rain Water has good economic benefit, social benefit and ecological environmental benefit.
