高性能混凝土的裂縫產(chǎn)生原因分析和防治技術(shù)

【摘要】:裂縫是混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)普遍存在的現(xiàn)象,也是影響混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)期耐久性的主要因素之一。和抗?jié)B性,抗凍性,耐磨性和耐久性指數(shù)不同,裂縫是難以量化的指標(biāo)。由于裂縫產(chǎn)生的原因復(fù)雜,裂縫計(jì)算分析,預(yù)防和控制措施的選擇一直困擾著工程技術(shù)人員。 近年來(lái),隨著工程界不斷關(guān)注混凝土的耐久性,以高強(qiáng)度為主要特征的高性能混凝土得到越來(lái)越“高性能”的錯(cuò)誤理解,往往在設(shè)計(jì)和施工過(guò)程中陷入很多誤區(qū),如過(guò)分追求高強(qiáng)度、低滲透性能等,但忽視更容易產(chǎn)生、更嚴(yán)重、同時(shí)對(duì)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)整體性潛在危害更大的裂縫問(wèn)題。高性能混凝土通過(guò)采用低水灰比、高標(biāo)號(hào)水泥、大水泥用量等多種措施,使混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)達(dá)到高強(qiáng)度,但措施不當(dāng)將加大混凝土早期收縮的趨勢(shì),增大混凝土早期開(kāi)裂的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。同時(shí)混凝土施工時(shí)振搗情況、養(yǎng)生條件等也會(huì)對(duì)產(chǎn)生后期裂縫有影響。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)高性能混凝土的理論研究,,總結(jié)出選擇合適的原材料,優(yōu)化配比參數(shù),找出基于合理的性能-配比參數(shù),用更加科學(xué)合理的方法來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)高性能混凝土,同時(shí)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及試驗(yàn)是高性能混凝土設(shè)計(jì)的主要依據(jù);結(jié)合高性能混凝土主要裂縫類型即:溫度裂縫、表面塑性裂縫、干燥收縮裂縫及硬化后期裂縫,對(duì)混凝土裂縫產(chǎn)生多角度原因,以及實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中及施工完成后裂縫產(chǎn)生機(jī)理與防治措施等進(jìn)行了深入研究,為今后防止出現(xiàn)類似的高性能混凝土開(kāi)裂的施工工藝提供參考。
[Abstract]:Crack is a common phenomenon in concrete structure, and it is also one of the main factors that affect the durability of concrete structure.Different from impermeability, frost resistance, wear resistance and durability index, cracks are difficult to quantify.Because of the complex causes of cracks, the selection of fracture calculation and analysis, prevention and control measures has been puzzling engineering technicians.In recent years, with the engineering circles paying more and more attention to the durability of concrete, the high performance concrete with high strength as the main characteristic gets more and more "high performance" misunderstandings, which often fall into many misunderstandings in the process of design and construction.Such as excessive pursuit of high strength, low permeability and so on, but neglect is more easy to produce, more serious, at the same time to the concrete structure of the potential harm to the integrity of the crack problem.The strength grade of high performance concrete can reach high strength by adopting many measures, such as low water-cement ratio, high grade cement, large cement content, etc., but improper measures will increase the trend of early shrinkage of concrete.Increase the risk of early cracking of concrete.At the same time, the vibration and health conditions of concrete construction will also affect the later cracks.Through the theoretical study of high performance concrete, this paper summarizes the selection of suitable raw materials, optimizes the matching parameters, finds out the reasonable performance-proportioning parameters, and uses more scientific and reasonable methods to design high performance concrete.At the same time, the practical experience and test are the main basis for the design of high performance concrete, combining with the main crack types of high performance concrete, that is, temperature crack, surface plastic crack, dry shrinkage crack and late hardening crack,This paper makes a thorough study on the causes of concrete cracks from various angles, the mechanism and prevention measures of cracks in the actual construction process and after the completion of construction, which provides a reference for the construction technology of preventing similar high performance concrete cracking in the future.
