【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,商業(yè)步行街的建設開始大規(guī)模的進行,取得了一些經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益和文化效益,但隨之也帶來了一些問題,如盲目拆建傳統(tǒng)街道,造成了當?shù)匚幕牧魇;盲目的模仿?jīng)典案例的步行街模式,忽略因地制宜的設計思想和人們的行為心理需求。本文運用環(huán)境心理相關理論對南京路商業(yè)步行街環(huán)境設計的現(xiàn)狀進行分析和研究,提出商業(yè)步行街環(huán)境設計應該滿足消費者多方位的行為心理需求。 通過對商業(yè)步行街環(huán)境設計和環(huán)境心理相關理論的基礎研究后,結(jié)合案例南京路步行街環(huán)境設計的分析,總結(jié)出消費者行為心理特征,消費者對步行街環(huán)境設計的評價,以此來歸納出影響消費者行為心理的相關因素,便于以后設計師多方位的了解消費者的場所行為和場所心理,,能更好的切合實際,設計出人性化的步行街環(huán)境設計。最后,結(jié)合環(huán)境心理相關理論對南京路步行街的環(huán)境設計的總體規(guī)劃、環(huán)境空間和環(huán)境細部設計進行細致分析,以此總結(jié)出對商業(yè)步行街環(huán)境設計的六點建議:“以人為本”、“功能多元化”、“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”、“文化傳承與發(fā)展”、“大眾參與機制”以及加強對環(huán)境后期的維護與管理,希望本文的研究能夠?qū)窈蟛叫薪纸ㄔO或改造提供理論參考和實踐學習。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the construction of commercial pedestrian street began to be carried out on a large scale, and obtained some economic, social and cultural benefits, but also brought some problems, such as blind demolition and construction of traditional streets.Caused the loss of local culture; blindly imitated the classic case of pedestrian street model, ignoring the local design ideas and people's behavioral and psychological needs.Based on the theory of environmental psychology, this paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the environmental design of Nanjing Road Commercial pedestrian Street, and puts forward that the environmental design of Commercial pedestrian Street should meet the needs of consumers' behavioral psychology in various directions.Based on the basic research on the environmental design and environmental psychology theory of commercial pedestrian street, combined with the analysis of Nanjing Road pedestrian street environmental design, the author summarizes the consumer behavior psychological characteristics and consumer's evaluation of pedestrian street environment design.In order to sum up the related factors which affect consumer behavior psychology, it is convenient for designers to understand the place behavior and place psychology of consumers in many ways, which can better meet the needs of reality and design a humanized pedestrian street environment design.Finally, combined with the related theory of environmental psychology, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the overall planning, environmental space and environmental detail design of Nanjing Road pedestrian Street, so as to sum up six suggestions for the environmental design of Commercial pedestrian Street: "People-oriented"."functional pluralism", "Sustainable Development", "Cultural inheritance and Development", "popular participation Mechanism" and strengthening the maintenance and Management of the later stage of the Environment,It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide theoretical reference and practical study for the construction or transformation of pedestrian street in the future.
