頂空固相微萃取-氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法測定水中7種致嗅物質(zhì)

【摘要】:采用自動頂空固相微萃取-氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術,建立了一種快速測定水中7種腥味醛類物質(zhì)的方法,重點針對纖維萃取頭類型、萃取方式、萃取溫度、萃取時間以及離子強度等影響因素進行了優(yōu)化。自動固相微萃取優(yōu)化后條件為:CAR/PDMS(85μm)纖維頭,Na Cl含量25%(W/V),65℃恒溫振蕩10 min,頂空萃取20 min,250℃下解吸3 min進入氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜進行分析。在優(yōu)化的前處理和分析條件下,7種物質(zhì)的回收率為86.30%~113.61%,方法檢出限為1.61~17.53 ng/L,遠低于各種物質(zhì)的嗅閾值。
