【摘要】：大柵欄地區(qū)一直是北京舊城改造的敏感地帶，歷年來進(jìn)行過多番規(guī)劃。本文從歷史地段和城市需求的角度出發(fā)，提出開發(fā)地下空間是歷史文化保護(hù)區(qū)更新的合理、有效途徑，希望通過地下空間的開發(fā)，在保護(hù)地面風(fēng)貌、延續(xù)文脈的同時(shí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)地段功能的補(bǔ)充，滿足現(xiàn)代生活需求，，促進(jìn)地段更好的保護(hù)與更新。 本文首先介紹了論文的研究背景，即最近幾十年歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和城市地下空間的發(fā)展規(guī)律；然后梳理了大柵欄地區(qū)的歷史脈絡(luò)與現(xiàn)狀問題，分析并提出歷史文化保護(hù)區(qū)對(duì)地下空間的需求以及要面臨的問題；通過國內(nèi)外的實(shí)際案例總結(jié)保護(hù)區(qū)地下空間規(guī)劃的原則與技術(shù)要素；最后著重研究了大柵欄地區(qū)地下空間開發(fā)的選址、功能、模式、形態(tài)、布局等要素，并通過重要節(jié)點(diǎn)的深化設(shè)計(jì)，提出綜合理性、以人為本、適度適量的城市設(shè)計(jì)策略，做出實(shí)施性強(qiáng)的城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。 本文試圖通過開發(fā)地下空間解決歷史文化名城保護(hù)與更新過程中的一些問題，并拋磚引玉，對(duì)今后的歷史文化名城保護(hù)工作有所啟發(fā)和提供一條新的途徑。
[Abstract]:The Dachang area has been a sensitive area for the transformation of Beijing's old city, planning many times over the years.From the point of view of historical location and urban demand, this paper puts forward that the development of underground space is a reasonable and effective way to renew the historical and cultural reserve. It is hoped that through the development of underground space, we can protect the surface features and continue the context at the same time.To realize the supplement of the location function, to meet the needs of modern life and to promote better protection and renewal of the location.This paper first introduces the research background of the paper, that is, the protection of historical and cultural heritage in recent decades and the development law of urban underground space, and then combs the historical context and current situation of the area.This paper analyzes and puts forward the demand for underground space and the problems to be faced in historical and cultural protected areas, and summarizes the principles and technical elements of underground space planning of protected areas through practical cases at home and abroad.Finally, the paper studies the location, function, mode, form and layout of underground space development in Dachang area, and through the deepening design of important nodes, puts forward a comprehensive rational, people-oriented, moderate urban design strategy.Make a strong implementation of urban planning and design.This paper attempts to solve some problems in the process of protection and renewal of historical and cultural cities through the development of underground space, and offer some inspiration and a new way for the protection of historical and cultural cities in the future.
