【摘要】：當(dāng)今中國向城市化發(fā)展的過程中,住宅空間設(shè)計(jì)受到住宅用地、經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源、外來文化等多方面因素的影響而表現(xiàn)出住宅空間布局呆板、空間層次不夠豐富、空間分割缺乏變化這些特征。在當(dāng)今這些缺乏個(gè)性化的住宅中,中國傳統(tǒng)住宅中所蘊(yùn)含的人文氣息已蕩然無存,以至于現(xiàn)代城市住宅除了僅僅能夠滿足人的基本生活居住的需求外,在體現(xiàn)當(dāng)代居民居住精神方面有所缺失。在這樣一種大環(huán)境下,當(dāng)住宅變?yōu)樯唐坊?住宅建筑樣式日益豐富以后,住宅設(shè)計(jì)回歸傳統(tǒng)的呼聲也越來越高,尤其近幾年推出的一批“中國式”住宅項(xiàng)目引發(fā)新中式住宅的概念炒作之后,我們究竟應(yīng)該如何理解新中式住宅? 新中式住宅不僅是一個(gè)簡單的形式問題,而是有著豐富的文化內(nèi)涵。新中式住宅即秉承傳統(tǒng),又?jǐn)[脫傳統(tǒng)建筑的陳舊氣息,追求建筑內(nèi)涵的“神似”而非外形簡單的“形似”,將中式住宅升華到新的高度,受到越來越多的追捧。中式住宅與西式住宅本質(zhì)的不同表現(xiàn)在于空間的處理。中國傳統(tǒng)住宅是內(nèi)向型圍合的,既有極強(qiáng)的私密性；“新中式住宅”運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)色調(diào)與符號(hào)結(jié)合現(xiàn)代表現(xiàn)手法創(chuàng)造出完全符合現(xiàn)代人生活的空間,既符合現(xiàn)代人的生活方式又體現(xiàn)中國傳統(tǒng)文化特色及中國建筑特質(zhì)。新中式住宅形式簡約,線條流暢,材料精致,做工精良。經(jīng)過房地產(chǎn)市場的洗禮,新中式住宅融合諸多現(xiàn)代社會(huì)審美需求,采用現(xiàn)代材料和手法把傳統(tǒng)建筑中的符個(gè)元素演化和抽象化,卻仍然保留了中式住宅的神韻和精髓。 新中式住宅和傳統(tǒng)民居空間設(shè)計(jì)手法的對(duì)比構(gòu)成了本論文探討的契合點(diǎn),在論文的寫作上首先回顧了中國各地傳統(tǒng)民居類型以及中國近代以來各時(shí)期建筑對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的理論探索與實(shí)踐；繼而以當(dāng)代居民生活方式的轉(zhuǎn)變分析了傳統(tǒng)民居空間在“新中式住宅”中的適宜性；同時(shí)針對(duì)當(dāng)代“新中式住宅”項(xiàng)目的典型實(shí)例加以闡述、歸納、總結(jié)并展望當(dāng)代新中式住宅設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization in China nowadays, the residential space design is affected by many factors, such as residential land, economy, resources, foreign culture and so on, which shows that the layout of housing space is rigid, and the spatial level is not rich enough.Spatial segmentation lacks these features.In today's lack of individualized housing, the humanistic atmosphere contained in the traditional Chinese housing has disappeared, so that modern urban housing can only meet the basic needs of human living,In the embodiment of the living spirit of contemporary residents there is a lack.In such a big environment, when housing becomes commercialized and the style of residential buildings is increasingly rich, the voice of returning to the tradition of housing design is also getting higher and higher.In particular, in recent years launched a number of "Chinese" housing projects triggered the concept of new Chinese housing hype, how should we understand the new Chinese housing?New Chinese housing is not only a simple formal problem, but also has rich cultural connotations.The essence of Chinese house and western house is different from that of western house.Chinese traditional residence is introverted and enclosed, and has strong privacy. "New Chinese House" creates a space that is fully in line with modern life by combining traditional colors and symbols with modern expression techniques.It not only accords with modern life style, but also embodies Chinese traditional cultural characteristics and Chinese architectural characteristics.The new Chinese style house form is simple, the line is smooth, the material is exquisite, the workmanship is excellent.Through the baptism of the real estate market, the new Chinese style residence merges many modern social aesthetic demands, adopts the modern material and the technique to evolve and abstract the symbol element in the traditional building, but still retains the Chinese style residence charm and the essence.The contrast between the space design methods of the new Chinese house and the traditional residence constitutes the confluence of this paper.In the writing of the thesis, the author first reviews the types of traditional houses in various parts of China and the theoretical exploration and practice of traditional buildings in various periods of modern China.Then it analyzes the suitability of the traditional residential space in the "New Chinese residence" with the change of the contemporary residents' lifestyle, and at the same time, expounds and sums up the typical examples of the contemporary "New Chinese Housing" project.Summarize and look forward to the development trend of contemporary new Chinese house design.
