【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的變遷和國(guó)家十二五批復(fù)的“藍(lán)色海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的出臺(tái)，使人們?cè)絹碓疥P(guān)注于濱海城市的規(guī)劃。濱海區(qū)利用得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置和自然條件，成為城市發(fā)展的重要項(xiàng)目。濱海城市對(duì)濱海景觀進(jìn)行開發(fā)與規(guī)劃，有利于完善城市發(fā)展，提升城市形象，推動(dòng)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)；建設(shè)親水、休閑、娛樂于一體的公共空間來豐富城區(qū)市民的生活，特色濱海景觀的建設(shè)成功吸引了大量外地游客，也促進(jìn)了城市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。 青島經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)作為首批經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)的沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)之一，建區(qū)二十年，從一個(gè)荒野漁村發(fā)展成為以外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)為主，具備良好的投資環(huán)境，迅速崛起的新區(qū)。本文以開發(fā)區(qū)濱海景觀作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)濱海景觀現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的分析，通過實(shí)地考察和市民問卷調(diào)查獲得珍貴的第一手資料，對(duì)青島經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)濱海景觀存在的問題展開分析和研究，堅(jiān)持景觀的維護(hù)與發(fā)展，充分展現(xiàn)濱海景觀特色。 本課題通過實(shí)地考察拍攝大量的圖片資料，，加上市民問卷調(diào)查的分析，來獲得第一手的資料，從三個(gè)部分展開對(duì)青島經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)濱海景觀的研究。 首先分析青島經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的區(qū)位概況，以起步、創(chuàng)業(yè)、共建三個(gè)方面概況城區(qū)建設(shè)的開發(fā)歷程，進(jìn)而論述了濱海景觀的形成與發(fā)展，最終形成唐島灣段濱海景觀區(qū)和環(huán)島路段濱海景觀區(qū)。 其次是以唐島灣段濱海景觀區(qū)和環(huán)島路段濱海景觀區(qū)的景觀現(xiàn)狀展開一系列的深入分析，對(duì)影響濱海景觀的文化因素進(jìn)行研究，通過對(duì)市民調(diào)查問卷分析對(duì)濱海景觀滿意程度。 最后是通過對(duì)濱海景觀現(xiàn)狀的分析，提出濱海景觀中存在的問題，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行相對(duì)應(yīng)的研究，從社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、旅游三方面肯定了濱海景觀的開發(fā)作用，最后對(duì)濱海景觀如何維護(hù)發(fā)展提出一些合理的建議。 本課題通過對(duì)青島經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)濱海景觀現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)地調(diào)研與分析，歸納出濱海景觀在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)該注意的問題，并且提出有助于未來發(fā)展的建議。希望對(duì)以后濱海景觀的建設(shè)起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the change of times and the development strategy of "blue ocean economy", people pay more and more attention to the planning of coastal cities.Taking advantage of the unique geographical location and natural conditions, the coastal area has become an important project of urban development.The development and planning of coastal landscape in coastal cities is conducive to the improvement of urban development, the promotion of city image, the promotion of urban economic growth, the construction of a public space that integrates hydrophilic, leisure and entertainment to enrich the life of urban residents.The construction of characteristic coastal landscape has attracted a large number of foreign tourists and promoted the development of urban tourism.Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone, as one of the first coastal economic and technological development zones approved by the State Council, has developed from a wild fishing village into a new one with a favorable investment environment and a rapid rise for 20 years.This article takes the coastal landscape of the development zone as the research object, carries on the comprehensive and systematic analysis to the present situation of the coastal landscape, obtains the precious first-hand information through the field investigation and the citizen questionnaire survey.The problems existing in the coastal landscape of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone are analyzed and studied in order to maintain and develop the landscape and fully show the characteristics of the coastal landscape.In this paper, a lot of pictures are taken on the spot, and the analysis of the citizen questionnaire is made to obtain the first-hand information, and the research on the coastal landscape of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone is carried out from three parts.Firstly, this paper analyzes the location of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone, and discusses the formation and development of coastal landscape from three aspects: starting, pioneering and co-building.Finally, the coastal landscape area of Tangdao Bay section and the coastal landscape area of Huandao Road section are formed.Secondly, a series of in-depth analysis on the present situation of the coastal landscape area of Tangdao Bay and Huandao Road is carried out, and the cultural factors affecting the coastal landscape are studied, and the satisfaction degree of the coastal landscape is analyzed through the questionnaire survey to the citizens.Finally, through the analysis of the present situation of the coastal landscape, the problems existing in the coastal landscape are put forward, and the corresponding research is carried out, which confirms the development function of the coastal landscape from the social, economic and tourism aspects.Finally, some reasonable suggestions on how to maintain and develop coastal landscape are put forward.Based on the field investigation and analysis of the present situation of coastal landscape in Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone, this paper summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the planning and design of coastal landscape, and puts forward some suggestions for the future development.Hope to the future coastal landscape construction plays a certain reference role.
