【摘要】：現(xiàn)代零售業(yè)正向著規(guī)模化、連鎖化的方向發(fā)展,在零售業(yè)物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)要素中,配送中心作為連接供貨點(diǎn)和需求點(diǎn)的橋梁,起著舉足輕重的作用。零售業(yè)具有變價(jià)快、訂單頻繁、配送范圍廣的特點(diǎn),這就要求相應(yīng)的物流配送必須快速準(zhǔn)確做出反應(yīng)。傳統(tǒng)的倉儲(chǔ)設(shè)施和配送模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代零售業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,配送中心正是基于物流合理化和滿足市場(chǎng)需求而發(fā)展起來的重要物流結(jié)點(diǎn),其選址不僅影響企業(yè)物流費(fèi)用和服務(wù)水平的高低,還影響整個(gè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)模,甚至影響終端店鋪未來的布局結(jié)構(gòu)�？茖W(xué)選址是實(shí)現(xiàn)零售業(yè)物流配送現(xiàn)代化的重要基礎(chǔ),無論對(duì)整個(gè)國家的零售業(yè)發(fā)展,還是企業(yè)的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃,都具有重要意義。 本文在對(duì)國內(nèi)外零售業(yè)物流配送相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析我國零售業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及物流配送中心選址對(duì)零售連鎖企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的貢獻(xiàn)；結(jié)合具有代表性的我國某大型零售連鎖集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展規(guī)劃,分析影響配送中心選址的因素,建立零售連鎖企業(yè)物流配送中心選址指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系；在對(duì)項(xiàng)目選址常用評(píng)價(jià)方法做出定性分析比較的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文的研究方法——層次分析法；并通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。 本文在運(yùn)用層次分析法解決零售連鎖企業(yè)物流配送中心選址問題過程中,通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)單位DS集團(tuán)三個(gè)備選項(xiàng)目基本情況的介紹,從社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、環(huán)境因素等方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行定性的分析和比較,為備選方案定量比選做好準(zhǔn)備；之后采用定量評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)各備選方案進(jìn)行定量比較,得出最優(yōu)方案。最后,對(duì)相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Modern retail industry is developing towards the direction of scale and chain. In the network elements of retail logistics infrastructure, distribution center acts as a bridge between supply point and demand point, which plays an important role.Retailing has the characteristics of fast price change, frequent orders and wide distribution range, which requires the corresponding logistics distribution to react quickly and accurately.The traditional storage facilities and distribution mode can not meet the development needs of modern retailing. The distribution center is an important logistics node developed based on the rationalization of logistics and the satisfaction of market demand.Its location not only affects the logistics cost and service level of the enterprise, but also affects the structure and scale of the whole logistics network, and even affects the future layout structure of the terminal store.Scientific location selection is an important foundation to realize the modernization of retail logistics distribution. It is of great significance to the development of retail industry as well as the logistics network planning of enterprises.Based on the theoretical research of retail logistics distribution at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development trend of retail industry in China and the contribution of location of logistics distribution center to the competitive advantage of retail chain enterprises.Based on the management status and development plan of a large retail chain group in China, the factors influencing the location of distribution center are analyzed, and the evaluation system of logistics distribution center location index for retail chain enterprise is established.On the basis of qualitative analysis and comparison of common evaluation methods of project site selection, this paper puts forward the research method of AHP, and verifies the feasibility of this method by an example.In the process of solving the problem of location of logistics distribution center of retail chain enterprises by using AHP, this paper introduces the basic situation of three alternative projects of DS Group, a project construction unit, from the social political and economic factors.The environmental factors are qualitatively analyzed and compared in order to prepare for the quantitative comparison and selection of the alternatives, and then the quantitative evaluation method is used to compare the various options quantitatively, and the optimal scheme is obtained.Finally, the related research results are summarized and prospected.
