基于全生命周期的綠色建筑評價體系研究

【摘要】:建筑活動在我國一直發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,為人們營造了健康舒適、方便生活的居住環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境,但是大量的建造活動要消耗大量自然資源、能源以及破壞原有的建筑風(fēng)貌,同時排放對生態(tài)環(huán)境有害的氣體,造成空氣、水體、土壤的嚴(yán)重污染和生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞,直接威脅人類生存和生物界的安全。綠色建筑開始進(jìn)入人們的生活,它倡導(dǎo)居住環(huán)境的健康舒適,資源的可持續(xù)利用,以及建筑環(huán)境與周圍環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào),并減少建筑生命周期內(nèi)污染排放,盡可能減少對自然環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響。如何衡量綠色建筑在全生命周期內(nèi)的綠色性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、地域性成為許多學(xué)者和專家亟待解決的問題。 本文的寫作目的就是依據(jù)全生命周期理論建立一套綠色建筑科學(xué)的評價指標(biāo)體系,從綠色建筑的綠色性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、地域性進(jìn)行綜合評價,促進(jìn)綠色建筑的發(fā)展。 基于全生命周期理論,把綠色建筑整個生命期分成六個階段,即綠色建筑決策階段、規(guī)劃階段、設(shè)計(jì)階段、施工階段、驗(yàn)收與運(yùn)營階段、改造、拆除和再利用階段。依據(jù)“全程監(jiān)控、分段評價”的理念,根據(jù)各個階段的內(nèi)容和側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,綜合文獻(xiàn)中各階段的指標(biāo),依據(jù)指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綠色性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、地域性進(jìn)行分類,分別建立綠色建筑評價指標(biāo)體系,對各個階段進(jìn)行評價,從整個生命期內(nèi)評價綠色建筑的綠色性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和與當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境和建筑風(fēng)貌保持一致的地域性。 對驗(yàn)收及運(yùn)營階段綠色指標(biāo)評價體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,運(yùn)用層析分析法確定各個指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,通過綜合模糊評價法對綠色建筑進(jìn)行綜合評價,得出評價結(jié)果。通過實(shí)證驗(yàn)證我國綠色建筑評價指標(biāo)體系的可操作性和準(zhǔn)確性,并提出完善我國綠色建筑評價體系的措施。圖5張、表18張、參考文獻(xiàn)58篇。
[Abstract]:Architectural activities have been playing a great role in our country, for people to create a healthy and comfortable, convenient living environment and social environment, but a large number of construction activities to consume a large number of natural resources, energy and damage to the original architectural landscape.At the same time, the serious pollution of air, water and soil and the destruction of ecological environment, which are harmful to the ecological environment, directly threaten the survival of human beings and the safety of the biological world.Green buildings begin to enter people's lives. They advocate the healthy and comfortable living environment, the sustainable use of resources, the coordination of building environment and surrounding environment, and the reduction of pollution emissions in the life cycle of buildings.Minimize negative impacts on the natural environment.How to measure the green, economic and regional nature of green building in the whole life cycle has become an urgent problem for many scholars and experts.The purpose of this paper is to set up a set of evaluation index system of green building science according to the whole life cycle theory, and carry on the comprehensive evaluation from the green nature, economy, region of green building, promote the development of green building.Based on the whole life cycle theory, the whole life cycle of green building is divided into six stages, namely, green building decision stage, planning stage, design stage, construction stage, acceptance and operation stage, transformation, demolition and reuse stage.According to the concept of "whole process monitoring, segmental evaluation", according to the different contents and emphases of each stage, and synthesizing the indexes of each stage in the literature, according to the characteristics of the indexes, the green, economic and regional characteristics are classified.The evaluation index system of green building is set up, and each stage is evaluated, and the green property, economy and region of green building are evaluated from the whole life cycle, which are consistent with the local environment and architectural style.The evaluation system of green index in acceptance and operation stage is verified by an example. The weight of each index is determined by means of chromatographic analysis, and the comprehensive evaluation of green building is carried out by comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the evaluation results are obtained.This paper verifies the maneuverability and accuracy of the evaluation index system of green building in China, and puts forward some measures to perfect the evaluation system of green building in China.5 figs, 18 tables, 58 references.
