【摘要】：歷史建成環(huán)境是一種特殊的文化載體，見(jiàn)證歷史變遷和城市發(fā)展，具有重大的歷史、文化和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。但目前中國(guó)很多城市建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀都不容樂(lè)觀：城市建設(shè)與歷史建成環(huán)境相沖突，大量的歷史建成環(huán)境被嚴(yán)重破壞，城市中普遍存在新建筑與歷史建成環(huán)境之間不協(xié)調(diào)的現(xiàn)象。因此，研究歷史建成環(huán)境中的新建筑設(shè)計(jì)迫在眉睫。 本論文基于多元化的時(shí)代背景，對(duì)歷史建成環(huán)境中的新建筑設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探析，核心內(nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面：首先深入剖析了歷史建成環(huán)境的積極意義和目前歷史建成環(huán)境所面臨的種種狀況以及導(dǎo)致這些狀況的主要原因，然后通過(guò)對(duì)歷史各個(gè)時(shí)期的建筑設(shè)計(jì)演變進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)考察，梳理了各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期建筑設(shè)計(jì)與社會(huì)背景的關(guān)系，進(jìn)而闡述了當(dāng)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)影響因素及相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)原則。最后以面對(duì)歷史建成環(huán)境時(shí)的新建筑設(shè)計(jì)方式——協(xié)調(diào)、對(duì)比、融合為主線，結(jié)合當(dāng)前世界范圍內(nèi)歷史建成環(huán)境中新建筑的成功案例進(jìn)行分析以及個(gè)人的工程實(shí)踐，對(duì)歷史建成環(huán)境中的新建筑設(shè)計(jì)的一般思路進(jìn)行總結(jié)，歸納新建筑在歷史建成環(huán)境中的具體設(shè)計(jì)策略。 本文旨在研究新建筑與歷史建成環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系：與歷史建成環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)表現(xiàn)為新建筑與城市整體形態(tài)以及歷史建成環(huán)境中周邊建筑形態(tài)的協(xié)調(diào)，立足于原有空間形態(tài)的特點(diǎn)，尋求新建筑可能的形態(tài)，使得地段整體獲得統(tǒng)一的視覺(jué)效果；與歷史建成環(huán)境相對(duì)比表現(xiàn)為在保持歷史建成環(huán)境的整體性的同時(shí)，用對(duì)比的方式取得新建筑與老建筑的共生，，滿足城市環(huán)境重塑的要求，賦予城市文脈新內(nèi)涵；與歷史建成環(huán)境相融合表現(xiàn)為歷史建成環(huán)境中的歷史建筑作為整個(gè)建筑體系中的一部分，是對(duì)新建筑與歷史建成環(huán)境之間的協(xié)調(diào)性與復(fù)雜性問(wèn)題的全面統(tǒng)籌，給予城市發(fā)展更多的可能性。
[Abstract]:The environment built by history is a kind of special cultural carrier. It has great historical, cultural and practical significance to witness the historical change and the development of the city.However, the current situation of urban construction in China is not optimistic: the urban construction conflicts with the historical built environment, a large number of historical built environment is seriously damaged, and the phenomenon of disharmony between the new building and the historical built environment is common in the cities.Therefore, it is urgent to study the new architectural design in the historical built environment.Based on the diverse background of the times, this paper analyzes the new architectural design in the historical built environment.The core contents are as follows: first of all, the positive significance of historical built environment and the current situation of historical built environment and the main reasons leading to these conditions are deeply analyzed.Then through the systematic investigation of the evolution of architectural design in each historical period, the relationship between architectural design and social background in each historical period is combed, and then the influencing factors and related design principles of contemporary architectural design are expounded.Finally, with the coordination, contrast and integration of the new architectural design method in the face of the historical built environment as the main line, combined with the successful cases of the new building in the historical built environment in the current world, as well as the individual engineering practice,This paper summarizes the general ideas of the new architecture design in the historical built environment and summarizes the concrete design strategies of the new building in the historical built environment.The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the new building and the historical built environment: the coordination with the historical built environment is manifested by the coordination between the new building and the overall form of the city and the surrounding architectural form in the historical built environment, and based on the characteristics of the original spatial form.Looking for the possible form of the new building, making the whole area obtain the unified visual effect; comparing with the historical built environment, we can achieve the symbiosis between the new building and the old building in a comparative way while keeping the integrity of the historical built environment.To meet the requirements of urban environmental remodeling and endow with new connotations of urban context, the fusion with historical built environment shows that the historical building in the historical built environment is a part of the whole architectural system.It is the overall coordination and complexity between the new building and the historical built environment, which gives more possibility to the development of the city.
