【摘要】：目前我國(guó)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)盲目化和無(wú)序化現(xiàn)象十分普遍，正在造成能耗增加、污染加重、耕地減少、傳統(tǒng)文化缺失等諸多問(wèn)題。如何在營(yíng)建高品質(zhì)的健康舒適農(nóng)宅的同時(shí)又不會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境、資源造成破壞，使農(nóng)宅營(yíng)建設(shè)計(jì)走上可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路，，是我國(guó)當(dāng)下亟待解決的戰(zhàn)略性問(wèn)題。 隴東地區(qū)的廣大鄉(xiāng)村，資源貧乏，經(jīng)濟(jì)水平相對(duì)落后。在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境背景下，積極分析農(nóng)宅建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題，從可持續(xù)角度探討隴東地區(qū)農(nóng)宅適宜營(yíng)建策略和設(shè)計(jì)模式，對(duì)于提高農(nóng)宅的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、實(shí)用性、堅(jiān)固性、生態(tài)性和美觀性，保留當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖ厣�，最大限度降低建筑能耗，�?shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水和節(jié)材的“四節(jié)”目標(biāo)，保證農(nóng)宅建設(shè)與環(huán)境和諧發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文以隴東地區(qū)農(nóng)宅作為研究對(duì)象，在綜述生態(tài)建筑理論、適宜技術(shù)理論等國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論及實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上，概括了隴東地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)建筑類型，界定了傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)宅的研究范圍，分析了傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)宅的空間與功能、結(jié)構(gòu)與構(gòu)造、美學(xué)與社會(huì)以及熱環(huán)境等方面的特征，指出目前傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)宅在實(shí)用、生態(tài)、美觀方面基本適宜，在經(jīng)濟(jì)、堅(jiān)固方面不適宜；列舉了隴東地區(qū)新式農(nóng)宅建筑實(shí)例，通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查、問(wèn)卷分析以及物理環(huán)境測(cè)試，得出新式農(nóng)宅在實(shí)用、堅(jiān)固方面適宜，而在經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)和美觀方面不適宜的結(jié)論；從復(fù)合生態(tài)系統(tǒng)角度構(gòu)建了隴東地區(qū)生態(tài)農(nóng)宅適宜的營(yíng)建策略，提出了適宜當(dāng)?shù)厣r(nóng)宅的社會(huì)文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)和自然環(huán)境策略；提出了生態(tài)農(nóng)宅的節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水和節(jié)材適宜設(shè)計(jì)模式；依據(jù)上述策略和模式進(jìn)行了新農(nóng)宅的方案設(shè)計(jì)，建立了比較模型，利用ECOTECT軟件從溫度、能耗、采光和經(jīng)濟(jì)性方面比較設(shè)計(jì)方案與傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)宅、新式農(nóng)宅在生態(tài)性能方面的差異，進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證提出的適宜策略和設(shè)計(jì)模式的合理性和有效性，為當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村在城市化過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)更新，提供系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo)和必要的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:At present, China's new rural construction blindness and disorder is a common phenomenon, is caused by increasing energy consumption, pollution, reduction of arable land, many problems such as the lack of traditional culture. How to in the construction of high-quality healthy and comfortable rural house without damage to the environment, resources, make the rural house'sconstruction Design on the road of sustainable development. Is a strategic problem in China urgently need to be resolved.
The vast rural areas, Longdong region, resource poor, economic level is relatively backward. In the current economic environment, the positive analysis of existing problems in rural housing construction, to explore the rural house in Longdong area suitable tactics and design patterns from the perspective of sustainable, to improve the rural housing economy, practicability, robustness, ecology and beautiful, to preserve local architectural features, reduce building energy consumption, to achieve energy saving, water saving and land saving, material saving "four" target, to ensure the harmonious development of rural housing construction and environment has important significance.
The farm house in Longdong area as the research object, summarized the theory of ecological building, the appropriate technology theory at home and abroad such as theory and practice basis, summarizes the traditional architecture in Longdong area, defines the study scope of traditional farm house, analyzes the space and function of traditional rural residence, structure, aesthetic characteristics and social and the thermal environment, pointed out that the traditional rural house in practical, ecological, aesthetic aspects of basic suitability, in the economy, strong is not appropriate; lists the new rural housing construction in Longdong area as an example, through field investigation, questionnaire analysis and physical test environment, come to new rural house in strong practical, appropriate, and in the economic, ecological and aesthetic aspects of inappropriate conclusions; from the perspective of ecological system construction strategy of the construction of house suitable ecological agricultural Longdong area, and put forward the suitable local dwelling in the social culture, The economic and environmental strategy; put forward the ecological dwelling in the land, energy saving, water saving and material saving suitable design pattern; on the basis of the above strategy and design the mode of new rural housing scheme, established a model, using ECOTECT software from temperature, energy consumption, lighting and economical design comparison with traditional farm house the new rural house, differences in the ecological performance, further verify the proposed optimal strategy and design model's rationality and effectiveness for the local rural sustainable renewal in the process of city, to provide theoretical guidance system and necessary technical support.
