建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:建筑行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分之一,同時(shí)也是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。建筑行業(yè)不僅與廣大人民的日常生活息息相關(guān),還直接或者間接的影響到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。目前,施工項(xiàng)目管理制度在我國(guó)的建筑施工企業(yè)中全面推廣開(kāi)來(lái),對(duì)建筑施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效的績(jī)效管理將會(huì)直接影響到建筑施工項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量。 國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的績(jī)效考核的研究已有一定的基礎(chǔ),但是卻并不豐富。項(xiàng)目績(jī)效管理還沒(méi)有形成一個(gè)完整、統(tǒng)一、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的系統(tǒng),尤其是在建筑施工項(xiàng)目方面,由于項(xiàng)目的一次性特點(diǎn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效考核的重點(diǎn)仍放在單純的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)考核上,即通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)狀況的考核來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目管理的績(jī)效。這種考核方法著重于對(duì)靜態(tài)的財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià),但是卻忽視了動(dòng)態(tài)的績(jī)效管理,容易導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目管理者追逐短期經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。與此同時(shí),項(xiàng)目管理人員的未來(lái)成長(zhǎng)空間、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃等更是無(wú)從談起?赡茉斐身(xiàng)目管理人員的流動(dòng)性加大,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量難以保證。因此,建立一套完善、有效的績(jī)效管理體系成為建筑施工企業(yè)進(jìn)行有效管理的重中之重。 本文從建筑施工企業(yè)的特征入手,將人力資源管理相關(guān)理論與建筑施工項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,以建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,構(gòu)建了一套適合于建筑施工項(xiàng)目的績(jī)效管理體系,為將績(jī)效管理引入到項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì),提高管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理素質(zhì)、激勵(lì)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)、提高項(xiàng)目整體績(jī)效等方面提供了可借鑒的思路以及方法。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is one of the important parts of national economy, and also one of the pillar industries of national economy development.Construction industry is not only closely related to people's daily life, but also directly or indirectly affects the development of national economy.At present, the construction project management system is popularized in the construction enterprises of our country, and the effective performance management of the construction project will directly affect the quality of the construction project.The research on performance appraisal of project management at home and abroad has a certain foundation, but it is not rich.The project performance management has not yet formed a complete, unified, standard system, especially in the construction project, because of the one-time characteristics of the project, the emphasis of the project management performance appraisal is still on the simple financial index appraisal.That is to evaluate the performance of project management through the evaluation of project financial situation.This method focuses on the static evaluation of financial performance, but neglects the dynamic performance management, which easily leads the project manager to pursue short-term economic benefits.At the same time, the project manager's future growth space, career planning is impossible.May result in increased mobility of project management personnel, project quality is difficult to ensure.Therefore, establishing a set of perfect and effective performance management system has become the most important task for construction enterprises.Starting from the characteristics of construction enterprises, this paper combines the theory of human resource management with the characteristics of construction project management, and takes the construction enterprise project as the research object.In order to introduce the performance management into the project management team, improve the management quality of the management team and motivate the management team, a set of performance management system suitable for the construction project is constructed.Improve the overall performance of the project and other aspects of ideas and methods can be used for reference.
