【摘要】:自來(lái)水廠是城市的心臟,城市供水關(guān)乎著城市居民的日常生活起居。城市飲用水水質(zhì)的高要求與落后的供水能力的矛盾日益尖銳,加快對(duì)老舊城鎮(zhèn)水廠的改造升級(jí)的要求越來(lái)越緊迫。如何利用信息技術(shù),引入現(xiàn)代化科技手段提升供水管理水平成為一個(gè)重要的研究課題。 本課題主要研究如何利用科技手段保證安全、連續(xù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)供水,包括用于生產(chǎn)的自動(dòng)控制和辦公自動(dòng)化。生產(chǎn)的自動(dòng)控制主要通過(guò)軟件組態(tài)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)水廠的多級(jí)控制以及控制系統(tǒng)與辦公系統(tǒng)的無(wú)縫連接,以構(gòu)造安全、高效、節(jié)能的水廠自動(dòng)化供水系統(tǒng)。 水廠自控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)采取“集中監(jiān)控,分散控制”的原則,分三級(jí)組成控制網(wǎng)絡(luò),分別是就地控制、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制和中央控制,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制分站由分布在工藝流程的各個(gè)監(jiān)控分站和相關(guān)在線檢測(cè)儀表以及檢測(cè)、執(zhí)行設(shè)備組成。主要包括:取水泵房控制站、送水泵房控制站、加藥間控制站、反沖洗泵房控制站以及中央控制室。中控室兩個(gè)監(jiān)控主站采用IFix組態(tài)軟件,利用以太網(wǎng)與下面4個(gè)PLC主站通訊。PLC主站采用星狀網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),每個(gè)主站的工業(yè)控制機(jī)監(jiān)控各自站的數(shù)據(jù),以避免故障發(fā)生時(shí),單個(gè)主站的問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致整個(gè)工廠產(chǎn)生監(jiān)控盲點(diǎn)。 通過(guò)對(duì)組態(tài)軟件的技術(shù)的探討,結(jié)合水廠自動(dòng)化控制的需要,最后采用了GE智能平臺(tái)(GE-IP)的iFIX解決方案。利用該方案實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)操作的過(guò)程可視化、數(shù)據(jù)采集和數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控。系統(tǒng)能夠精確地監(jiān)視、控制生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,并優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和企業(yè)資源管理,提高應(yīng)急反應(yīng)能力,減少原材料消耗,提高生產(chǎn)率。同時(shí),通過(guò)進(jìn)一步研究iFix軟件的內(nèi)部架構(gòu),利用其預(yù)設(shè)的接口,將iFix組態(tài)軟件應(yīng)用于無(wú)縫連接水廠自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),解決了自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)安全問(wèn)題,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化友好操作界面,幫助員工更加高效地完成水廠控制工作。 自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)充分組態(tài)軟件的功能特性,設(shè)計(jì)合理,實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)范。經(jīng)三年多的使用,水廠自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常,提升了水廠的信息化管理水平。
[Abstract]:Waterworks is the heart of the city, urban water supply is related to the daily life of urban residents.The contradiction between the high demand of drinking water quality and the backward water supply capacity is increasingly sharp, so it is more and more urgent to speed up the renovation and upgrading of the old town water plants.How to use information technology and introduce modern scientific and technological means to improve the level of water supply management has become an important research topic.This paper mainly studies how to use scientific and technological means to ensure safe, continuous and high quality water supply, including automatic control of production and office automation.The automatic control of production mainly realizes the multilevel control of water plant and the seamless connection between control system and office system through software configuration technology, in order to construct the automatic water supply system of water plant which is safe, efficient and energy saving.The design of automatic control system of water plant adopts the principle of "centralized monitoring and decentralized control", and consists of three levels: local control, field control and central control.The field control sub-station consists of each monitoring sub-station distributed in the process flow and related online inspection instruments and inspection and execution equipment.It mainly includes: the control station of water pump house, the control station of water supply pump room, the control station of dosing room, the control station of backwash pump room and the central control room.The two main stations of the central control room adopt the IFix configuration software, and the communication between Ethernet and the following four main stations. The master station adopts the star network topology. The industrial control computer of each main station monitors the data of their respective stations, so as to avoid the malfunction.Problems with a single master station lead to monitoring blind spots throughout the plant.Based on the discussion of configuration software technology and the need of water plant automation control, the iFIX solution of GE intelligent platform (GE-IP) is adopted at last.Using this scheme, the process visualization, data acquisition and data monitoring of production operation are realized.The system can accurately monitor and control the production process, optimize the production equipment and enterprise resource management, improve the emergency response ability, reduce the consumption of raw materials, and improve productivity.At the same time, through the further study of the internal structure of iFix software, using its preset interface, the iFix configuration software is applied to seamlessly connect the automatic control system of water plant and the office automation system, which solves the data security problem of the automation system.Further optimize the friendly operation interface to help the staff to complete the water plant control more efficiently.The automatic control system has the function characteristic of configuration software, reasonable design and standard realization.After more than three years of use, the automatic control system of water plant runs normally, and improves the information management level of water plant.
