蠕變型瀝青基防水涂料的制備及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展及生活水平的提高,建筑防水行業(yè)也得到了極大的發(fā)展。建筑防水已從單一屋面防水拓展到橋梁隧道、鐵路公路、水利工程等更廣的工程領(lǐng)域上,因而對(duì)防水技術(shù)水平提出了更高的要求。蠕變型瀝青基防水涂料是根據(jù)工程實(shí)際需要開(kāi)發(fā)的一種新型防水材料,具有良好的自愈性能和蠕變性能,可解決因基層開(kāi)裂應(yīng)力傳遞給防水層造成的防水層破壞等問(wèn)題,極大提高防水層的可靠性及耐久性。目前,蠕變型瀝青基防水涂料尚未能推廣應(yīng)用,因此,對(duì)該類(lèi)防水涂料進(jìn)行研究以改進(jìn)其性能,對(duì)促進(jìn)防水技術(shù)進(jìn)步具有重要理論意義和工程價(jià)值。本文在研究蠕變型瀝青基防水涂料的防水機(jī)理及其性質(zhì)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了該涂料的研制思路和過(guò)程,對(duì)其相關(guān)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探討。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)通過(guò)改性材料的選擇、配方及制備工藝的調(diào)整,對(duì)蠕變型瀝青基防水涂料的配合比及制備工藝進(jìn)行了一系列的研究。試驗(yàn)表明:油料對(duì)膠粉和SBS溶解效果影響顯著,在滿(mǎn)足溶解效果的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)盡量降低油料的比例;適量的助劑可促進(jìn)反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行及提高涂料的各項(xiàng)性能,增容劑合理用量為0.5%;攪拌溫度對(duì)試驗(yàn)效果影響較大,宜控制在180℃~190℃并保持穩(wěn)定,攪拌速度宜為500r/min;在以上試驗(yàn)參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,SBS最佳溶解時(shí)間為1.5h,膠粉為2h。 (2)研究不同改性材料對(duì)涂料性能的影響并進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以獲得最佳配合比。試驗(yàn)表明:SBS摻量為5%時(shí),涂料的低溫柔性可提高至-20℃;無(wú)機(jī)填料2和10號(hào)瀝青都可以提高涂料的耐熱度,摻加6%的無(wú)機(jī)填料2時(shí)涂料耐熱度可達(dá)65℃,再摻入10%左右的10號(hào)瀝青時(shí),涂料耐熱度可達(dá)70℃以上;10號(hào)瀝青摻量在5%以?xún)?nèi)時(shí),涂料可以達(dá)到較理想性能指標(biāo)。 (3)結(jié)合蠕變型瀝青基防水涂料的作用機(jī)理,探討了其在防水工程的適用范圍、應(yīng)用技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard in our country, the building waterproofing industry has been greatly developed. The waterproofing of building has been extended from single roof waterproofing to bridge, tunnel, railway highway, water conservancy engineering and so on. Therefore, a higher requirement for waterproofing technology is put forward. The creep asphalt base waterproof coating is a new waterproof material developed according to the actual engineering needs, which has good self-healing performance and creep property. It can solve the damage of waterproof layer caused by cracking stress of base course, and greatly improve the reliability and durability of waterproof layer. At present, the creep asphalt base waterproof coating has not been popularized and applied, so, It is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to study this kind of waterproof coatings in order to improve their performance. This paper studies the waterproof mechanism and properties of creep asphalt based waterproof coatings. The development idea and process of the coating are described, and its related applications are discussed. The specific research contents are as follows:. 1) through the selection of modified materials and the adjustment of formulation and preparation process, a series of studies were carried out on the mixture ratio and preparation process of creep asphalt based waterproof coatings. The results showed that the oil had a significant effect on the dissolution of rubber powder and SBS. On the basis of satisfying the dissolution effect, the proportion of oil should be reduced as far as possible; the proper amount of additives can promote the reaction and improve the properties of the coating. The reasonable amount of compatibilizer is 0.5. The stirring temperature has a great influence on the test effect. The optimum temperature is 180 鈩,
