【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展，工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展速度十分迅猛。做好建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的造價(jià)管理對于提高投資使用效率，節(jié)約固定資產(chǎn)投資總額起著至關(guān)重要的作用，并有助于從整體上改善社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在某種意義上講，工程管理問題層出不窮的原因是工程造價(jià)管理理論和方法上不足，因此必須對工程造價(jià)進(jìn)行改革研究，，建立起我國科學(xué)規(guī)范的工程建筑業(yè)管理體制和運(yùn)行機(jī)制，以達(dá)到對工程造價(jià)的有效管理和合理控制。 本文通過分析，以現(xiàn)階段造價(jià)控制存在的問題作為研究切入點(diǎn)，結(jié)合全壽命周期造價(jià)管理理論特點(diǎn)，對工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了五階段劃分，并闡述了各階段的控制重點(diǎn)。在工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目階段劃分的基礎(chǔ)上闡述全壽命周期造價(jià)費(fèi)用構(gòu)成。 通過分析分別確定了本文對工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目在各階段各種成本控制的重點(diǎn)，闡述了各階段造價(jià)控制中存在的主要問題及研究的意義，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出個(gè)相應(yīng)的造價(jià)控制的方法，以此來實(shí)現(xiàn)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本最低的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic construction in our country, the development speed of engineering construction project is very swift and violent.The cost management of the construction project plays an important role in improving the efficiency of investment and saving the total investment of fixed assets, and it is helpful to improve the social and economic benefits as a whole.In a sense, the reason why engineering management problems emerge one after another is that the theory and method of engineering cost management are insufficient, so it is necessary to reform and study the project cost.In order to achieve effective management and reasonable control of project cost, a scientific and standardized management system and operation mechanism of engineering construction industry have been established in China.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cost control at the present stage and the characteristics of the life-cycle cost management theory, this paper divides the construction project into five stages, and expounds the key points of the control in each stage.Based on the division of construction project stage, the cost composition of whole life cycle is expounded.Based on the analysis, the emphasis of this paper on the cost control of the construction project in each stage is determined, and the main problems and the significance of the research in each stage are expounded. On the basis of this, a corresponding method of cost control is put forward.In order to achieve the lowest cost of engineering construction project goal.
