【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國社會支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。“百年大計,質量第一”,質量是任何建筑工程項目的生命。建設工程的質量性能影響著工程項目效益的發(fā)揮,與人民群眾的生命財產(chǎn)安全密切相關。就學校建設這一利國利民的公益性事業(yè)而言,教育的發(fā)展離不開學校建設。要不斷提高學校的硬件水平,才能為青少年的健康發(fā)展提供良好的學習和成長環(huán)境,帶來良好的社會效益。所以確保和提高建筑項目質量是永恒的主題。目前學校基建工程違規(guī)違法行為日益減少,工程質量有了很大改善,但是由于現(xiàn)代工程技術日趨復雜,如何不斷提高建筑工程的質量水平,優(yōu)化完善質量管理方法,成為學校建設的當務之急。本文主要是結合學校建設工程實例,首先,從理論上闡述了工程建設項目質量管理與控制的概念,質量管理的原則和模式,研究和學習了在建工程各個階段質量控制的方法和流程,找到了質量管理的理論依據(jù)。其次,通過介紹壽光市洛城學校建設項目的背景概況,說明學校建設的工程質量管理的必要性,結合學校建設項目的質量標準,運用定性分析方法中的情景描述法對該項目初期設計進行事前管理,運用現(xiàn)場管理的方法做好該項目中期施工的質量控制以及工程結束后的持續(xù)改進,同時闡述了建筑行業(yè)建立質量信息化評估系統(tǒng)作為質量管理評價的必要性。最后,通過分析質量管理中既存的或可能存在的問題,對如何有效規(guī)避樣板工程的質量問題,如何發(fā)揮政府的質量監(jiān)管作用進行分析,以制定科學的質量管理體系方案,以供本文最后提出針對于學校工程建設項目質量管理的方法和對策,對當前學校工程建設項目質量管理有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a pillar industry of our society. "in a hundred years, quality is the first." quality is the life of any construction project. The quality and performance of the construction project affect the benefit of the project. It is closely related to the safety of the people's life and property. As far as the construction of schools is concerned, which is beneficial to the country and the people, the development of education cannot be separated from the construction of schools. In order to provide a good learning and growth environment for the healthy development of young people and bring good social benefits. Therefore, ensuring and improving the quality of construction projects is the eternal theme. At present, violations of laws and regulations in school infrastructure projects are decreasing day by day. The engineering quality has been greatly improved, but due to the complexity of modern engineering technology, how to continuously improve the quality level of construction projects, optimize and improve the quality management methods, This article mainly combines the school construction project example, first, from the theory elaborated the engineering construction project quality management and the control concept, the quality management principle and the pattern, This paper studies and studies the methods and processes of quality control in each stage of the construction project, and finds the theoretical basis of quality management. Secondly, by introducing the background of the school construction project in Shouguang City of Los Angeles, This paper explains the necessity of engineering quality management in school construction, combines the quality standard of school construction project, and uses the scene description method in qualitative analysis method to manage the initial design of the project in advance. Using the method of field management to do a good job of the quality control and continuous improvement after the completion of the project, the necessity of establishing the quality information evaluation system as the quality management evaluation system in the construction industry is expounded. Finally, By analyzing the existing or possible problems in quality management, this paper analyzes how to effectively avoid the quality problems of the sample project and how to give full play to the government's role of quality supervision in order to formulate a scientific quality management system scheme. Finally, this paper puts forward the methods and countermeasures for the quality management of school engineering construction project, which has certain reference significance for the current school engineering construction project quality management.
