【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、生產(chǎn)力的不斷提高,人們對生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品及其生產(chǎn)、銷售和管理的過程不斷提出新的要求。同時(shí),在國際、國內(nèi)的市場競爭中,商品的質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的因數(shù)。對于建筑工程項(xiàng)目來說,工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的好壞關(guān)系到工程的安全性能、使用性能及防火性能等。因而,加強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,是建筑企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的頭等大事。因此展開這方面的理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的研究和探索很有必要。 本文首先對工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理概念進(jìn)行了說明,對質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量管理、工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理逐步進(jìn)行明確。而后闡述了工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理,本文從工程項(xiàng)目施工過程的各個(gè)主體和各個(gè)階段入手對工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量控制的依據(jù)、影響因素及質(zhì)量控制手段進(jìn)行了明確,其中對施工過程的各個(gè)影響因素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說明。后又簡要論述了質(zhì)量問題的分析與處理過程。對質(zhì)量問題產(chǎn)生的原因、分析方法和處理步驟進(jìn)行分開論述。 本文重點(diǎn)論述了質(zhì)量管理理論在名仕苑工程項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究。論述重點(diǎn)放在名仕苑工程項(xiàng)目施工過程的質(zhì)量控制,從工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基本理論入手,結(jié)合名仕苑小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目施工過程對影響工程質(zhì)量的人、材料、機(jī)械、施工方法及環(huán)境五大因素進(jìn)行了詳盡的闡述。文章最后對工程中質(zhì)量問題的處理進(jìn)行論述,闡述了質(zhì)量問題的分析和處理步驟。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of productivity, new demands have been put forward on the products produced and the process of production, sale and management. At the same time, in the international and domestic market competition, The quality of commodity has become a key factor. For the construction project, the quality of the project is related to the safety performance, use performance and fire resistance of the project. Therefore, the quality management of the project should be strengthened. It is the most important task of quality management in construction enterprises, so it is necessary to study and explore the theory and practice in this field. In this paper, the concept of engineering project quality management is explained, and the quality, quality management and engineering project quality management are clarified step by step. Then, the construction quality management of engineering project is expounded. In this paper, the basis of construction quality control, the influencing factors and the means of quality control are defined from the main bodies and stages of the construction process of engineering projects. The factors affecting the construction process are explained in detail, and then the analysis and treatment process of the quality problem are briefly discussed. The causes of the quality problem, the analysis method and the treatment steps are discussed separately. This paper focuses on the application of the quality management theory in the Mingshiyuan project, focusing on the quality control of the construction process of the project, starting with the basic theory of the quality management of the project. Combined with the construction process of the project in Mingshiyuan district, five factors affecting the quality of the project, such as person, material, machinery, construction method and environment, are elaborated in detail. Finally, the treatment of the quality problems in the project is discussed. The analysis and treatment of quality problems are described.
