【摘要】:當(dāng)前,建筑業(yè)作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用日益突顯。面對(duì)巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),作為以房建施工為主業(yè)的中鐵建工集團(tuán)如何調(diào)整自身定位,推進(jìn)企業(yè)改革發(fā)展,戰(zhàn)略定位就成為一個(gè)亟待研究、解決的課題。中鐵建工集團(tuán)有限公司經(jīng)過六十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)在行業(yè)中占有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)。面對(duì)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的建筑市場(chǎng),企業(yè)面臨更多的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),不少問題都是深層次的,必須進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)改革,優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu),戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo),強(qiáng)化執(zhí)行,以適應(yīng)形勢(shì)的需要。 本文對(duì)中鐵建工集團(tuán)的企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀做了概要描述,對(duì)集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的必要性做了簡(jiǎn)單闡述。依據(jù)現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)理論,使用SWOT分析模型,對(duì)中鐵建工集團(tuán)存在的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、外部機(jī)會(huì)與威脅進(jìn)行了深入分析。通過企業(yè)內(nèi)部、外部因素分析,找出了企業(yè)在發(fā)展中存在的問題和不足,對(duì)企業(yè)管理者全面了解行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)存在問題及企業(yè)規(guī)劃、改革發(fā)展思路提供了參考和借鑒,為中鐵建工集團(tuán)推進(jìn)企業(yè)改革、持續(xù)發(fā)展、經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略制定提供了具體的思路和措施。本論文適時(shí)地將當(dāng)前建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的信息化和綠色施工方向納入企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略建議,對(duì)豐富大型建筑企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略理論和促進(jìn)建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)作用。 本文共分為六章,第一章是緒論,介紹了本文研究的背景,研究的目的和意義,研究的方法和框架;第二章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展和幾種常用的戰(zhàn)略分析模型;第三章進(jìn)行了外部環(huán)境分析,包括宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境分析;第四章對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源條件進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,指出了當(dāng)前存在的問題與不足;第五章是本文的核心內(nèi)容,明確了中鐵建工集團(tuán)的發(fā)展定位、目標(biāo)、業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展方向;第六章對(duì)中鐵建工集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單描述。當(dāng)然,本文的研究工作只是簡(jiǎn)單初步探索,旨在拋磚引玉,以期促進(jìn)中鐵建工集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究工作的全面深入。
[Abstract]:At present, as one of the pillar industries in the development of our national economy, the construction industry plays an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy. In the face of enormous opportunities and challenges, the China Railway Construction Engineering Group, whose main business is housing construction, has to adjust its position. To promote the reform and development of enterprises, strategic positioning has become an urgent task to be studied and solved. After 60 years of development, China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Co., Ltd. In the face of the increasingly fierce international and domestic competition in the construction market, enterprises face more opportunities and challenges, many problems are deep-seated, we must further promote reform, optimize the structure, strategic guidance, Strengthen implementation to meet the needs of the situation. This paper gives a brief description of the present situation of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group, and briefly expounds the necessity of the research of the Group's development strategy. According to the theory of modern strategic management, the SWOT analysis model is used. This paper makes a deep analysis of the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of China Railway Construction Engineering Group. Through the analysis of internal and external factors, the problems and shortcomings in the development of enterprises are found out. Comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the industry, existing problems, enterprise planning, reform and development ideas for enterprise managers provides a reference and reference for China Railway Construction and Engineering Group to promote enterprise reform and sustainable development. In this paper, the information and green construction direction of the current development trend of construction enterprises is timely brought into the enterprise strategic recommendations. It can enrich the strategic theory of large construction enterprises and promote the development of construction enterprises. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study, research methods and framework, the second chapter briefly introduces the development of strategic management and several commonly used strategic analysis models. The third chapter analyzes the external environment, including macro environment, industry environment and competitive environment. Chapter 4 analyzes the internal resource conditions of enterprises, points out the existing problems and shortcomings. Chapter 5 is the core content of this paper. The development orientation, target, business strategy and development direction of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group are defined. Chapter VI simply describes the strategic implementation protection of China Railway Construction Engineering Group. Of course, the research work of this paper is only a simple preliminary exploration. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development strategy research of China Railway Construction Group.
