廈門鼓浪嶼近代洋樓民居文化地域性格研究

【摘要】:建筑是文化的載體。廈門鼓浪嶼地區(qū)在近代作為公共租界和城市僑鄉(xiāng),,成為外來文化和本土文化的交匯、沖撞點(diǎn)。鼓浪嶼的近代洋樓民居在其復(fù)雜的文化背景和時(shí)代背景之下,具有獨(dú)特的文化價(jià)值,本文以建筑特征研究為基石,從文化地域性格的角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行探索性研究。本文綜合運(yùn)用了建筑學(xué)、美學(xué)、文化學(xué)等學(xué)科知識(shí)和方法,從近代鼓浪嶼的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化狀況入手來闡述廈門鼓浪嶼近代洋樓民居的形成背景;從平面、立面、庭園三個(gè)方面分析其建筑特征;從地域技術(shù)特征、文化時(shí)代精神和人文藝術(shù)品格三個(gè)方面分析了廈門鼓浪嶼近代洋樓民居的文化地域性格。地域技術(shù)特征是建筑文化地域性格中的一項(xiàng)重要特征,它由地域性與技術(shù)性共同形成,具體體現(xiàn)在適應(yīng)自然氣候、適應(yīng)地理環(huán)境、使用地方材料、傳承傳統(tǒng)工藝四個(gè)方面。近代鼓浪嶼的文化包括成為公共租界后由西洋殖民者帶入的英、法、美、荷蘭、西班牙等歐美多國(guó)文化,還有華僑從僑居帶入的文化,和以中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化為根基的具有閩南特色的文化。鼓浪嶼這種復(fù)雜的文化時(shí)代背景使得當(dāng)?shù)氐难髽敲窬泳邆湎喈愑谄渌貐^(qū)的獨(dú)特文化時(shí)代精神,這種時(shí)代精神正是當(dāng)?shù)匚幕谋举|(zhì)特征和基本精神內(nèi)涵的體現(xiàn)。其主旨在于開放、兼容、創(chuàng)新三點(diǎn)。建筑的人文藝術(shù)品格是對(duì)社會(huì)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、藝術(shù)、風(fēng)俗信仰等的反映,鼓浪嶼的洋樓民居體現(xiàn)出閩南地區(qū)的藝術(shù)形式、音樂、戲劇、民俗信仰、飲食習(xí)慣等形成的獨(dú)特的人文藝術(shù)品格,成為廈門鼓浪嶼近代洋樓民居建筑的文化地域性格中的第三個(gè)重要特征,可以概括為高調(diào)炫富的社會(huì)心理、崇尚自然的審美情趣和多元豐富的藝文風(fēng)格三方面。通過以上三點(diǎn)總體上從自然、社會(huì)、人文三個(gè)方面闡述了鼓浪嶼地區(qū)洋樓的文化內(nèi)涵,也就是其文化地域性格。在當(dāng)前世界建筑文化趨同與建筑全球化等問題得到廣泛關(guān)注的情況下,具有很強(qiáng)的推廣意義。對(duì)于地域特征明顯的區(qū)域建筑,都可以通過文化地域性格的角度進(jìn)行分析。所以本文選擇研究廈門鼓浪嶼地區(qū)近代洋樓建筑的文化地域性格。作為當(dāng)代地域性建筑發(fā)展的先期探索,能為地域建筑、地域風(fēng)格的傳承提供新的思路,也為洋樓民居的保護(hù)發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Architecture is the carrier of culture. Xiamen Gulangyu area, as a public concession and urban hometown of overseas Chinese in modern times, has become the intersection of foreign culture and native culture. With its unique cultural value, this paper, based on the study of architectural characteristics, makes an exploratory study of it from the point of view of cultural regional character. In this paper, the knowledge and methods of architecture, aesthetics and culturology are synthetically used. Starting with the social, economic and cultural conditions of Gulangyu in modern times, this paper expounds the background of the formation of modern folk houses in Xiamen Gulangyu, analyzes its architectural characteristics from three aspects: plane, facade and garden; and analyzes its regional technical characteristics. This paper analyzes the cultural and regional character of the modern Yanglou dwelling in Gulangyu, Xiamen, from three aspects: the spirit of the cultural times and the humanistic and artistic character. The regional technical characteristics are an important feature of the regional character of the architectural culture, which is formed jointly by the regional and technical aspects. Embodied in four aspects: adapting to natural climate, adapting to geographical environment, using local materials, and inheriting traditional crafts. The culture of Gulangyu in modern times included Britain, France, the United States, and the Netherlands brought in by Western settlers after becoming a public concession. Spain and other European and American cultures, as well as the cultures brought in by overseas Chinese from overseas Chinese, And the culture with the characteristics of South Fujian, which is based on Chinese traditional culture. The complex cultural background of Gulangyu makes the local folk houses of foreign buildings have a unique cultural spirit different from other regions. This spirit of the times is the embodiment of the essential characteristics and basic spiritual connotations of local culture. Its purport lies in three aspects: openness, compatibility and innovation. The humanistic and artistic character of architecture is a reflection of social politics, economy, art, customs and beliefs, etc. The Yanglou residence on Gulangyu embodies the unique humanistic and artistic character formed by the art forms, music, drama, folk customs and eating habits in the south of Fujian. It has become the third important feature of the cultural and regional character of the modern folk buildings in Gulangyu, Xiamen, which can be summed up as the social psychology of showing off wealth in a high profile. From the three aspects of nature, society and humanities, the cultural connotations of the foreign buildings in Gulangyu area are expounded. That is, its cultural and regional character. In the current world architectural culture convergence and architectural globalization and other issues received widespread attention, has a strong promotion significance. For regional architecture with obvious regional characteristics, Therefore, this paper chooses to study the cultural and regional character of modern building architecture in Gulangyu, Xiamen. As a preliminary exploration of the development of contemporary regional architecture, it can be used as regional architecture. The inheritance of regional style provides new ideas, and also provides the basis for the protection and development of residential buildings.
