【摘要】：中國的城市化正在如火如荼的進(jìn)行當(dāng)中，城中村成為了目前中國城市化的一個獨特現(xiàn)象，并且會在很大程度上影響中國的城市化進(jìn)程。由于在我國城市化進(jìn)程中城中村的數(shù)量急劇增加，由此出現(xiàn)的一些列社會問題也在不斷的增加，因此，對城中村的改造重建工作已經(jīng)成勢在必行之勢。但是，一般傳統(tǒng)的改造重建工作弊病很多，并不能從根本上解決目前我國城中村的所有問題，不僅如此，現(xiàn)有的城中村在改造重建之后，往往又帶來了很多新的問題。因此，我國城中村的改造重建工作需要一種新思路和新視角，并以此來使我國的城中村改造重建工作更加趨于合理和完善。 本文將分析研究具有中國特色的城中村現(xiàn)象，，包括他們的形成、特點以及相關(guān)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計和改造重建工作等，并試圖通過相關(guān)的調(diào)查、分析、研究以及一些具有代表性的案例，來提出解決城中村問題的具體方案。本文將以實現(xiàn)城中村的規(guī)劃重建、房屋供應(yīng)、法律監(jiān)管和社會文化建設(shè)為首要目標(biāo)，并且圍繞著這四個目標(biāo)來展開相關(guān)的案例分析。深圳市南山區(qū)的城中村將作為一個重要的案例來進(jìn)行研究，通過這個案例不僅要說明城中村所存在的主要問題，還要從歷史的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)和其他城中村的成功案例吸取經(jīng)驗，并通過分析一些數(shù)據(jù)和評估來提出相關(guān)的解決方案。
[Abstract]:China's urbanization is in full swing. Villages in cities have become a unique phenomenon in China's urbanization at present. And it will greatly affect the process of urbanization in China. As the number of villages in cities increases sharply in the process of urbanization in China, some social problems arising therefrom are also increasing, so, The reconstruction and reconstruction of villages in cities has become an imperative trend. However, there are many drawbacks in the traditional reconstruction and reconstruction work in general, which cannot fundamentally solve all the problems of villages in cities at present in our country. Not only that, After the reconstruction and reconstruction of the existing villages in cities, many new problems are often brought about. Therefore, the reconstruction of villages in cities in China needs a new way of thinking and a new perspective. And in order to make the reconstruction of villages in the city more reasonable and perfect. This paper will analyze and study the phenomenon of villages in cities with Chinese characteristics, including their formation, characteristics and related planning, design and reconstruction work, and try to analyze through relevant investigations. Research and some representative cases to put forward the concrete plan to solve the problem of the village in the city. This article will take the planning and reconstruction of the village in the city, the housing supply, the legal supervision and the social culture construction as the primary goal. The village in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City will be studied as an important case. Through this case, we should not only explain the main problems existing in the village in the city, Also draw lessons from history and other village success stories in the city, and through the analysis of some data and evaluation to propose relevant solutions.
