風(fēng)電輔機建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量管理方法研究

【摘要】:隨著能源和環(huán)境問題的日益嚴(yán)重,人類開始大規(guī)模開發(fā)利用可再生清潔能源,風(fēng)能作為一種綠色無污染的可再生能源,是當(dāng)今最具開發(fā)前景的新能源之一。近年來,風(fēng)電場建設(shè)項目眾多,建設(shè)過程中質(zhì)量管理問題凸顯,工程質(zhì)量問題不僅關(guān)系到工程的適用性和投資效果,而且關(guān)系到人們的生命財產(chǎn)安全,因此。本文以金紫山風(fēng)電場項目質(zhì)量管理體系為研究對象,通過對風(fēng)電輔機建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)問題的研究,在學(xué)習(xí)了全面質(zhì)量管理體系的知識后,對風(fēng)電輔機項目的質(zhì)量管理體系提出了改進措施,對以后的風(fēng)電輔機工程建設(shè)提供了經(jīng)驗和借鑒。 本文首先簡單介紹了當(dāng)前風(fēng)電項目建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,從項目特點到項目具體要求等做了簡要分析,對國內(nèi)外對質(zhì)量管理方法的研究現(xiàn)狀及趨勢做了調(diào)研研究,同時指出風(fēng)電輔機項目建設(shè)是風(fēng)電場建設(shè)過程中尤其重要的環(huán)節(jié),它的高質(zhì)量完成將對整個風(fēng)電項目質(zhì)量起決定性作用。針對實際風(fēng)電輔機項目建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量管理問題進行了分析探討。運用項目質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量保證原理的相關(guān)知識對其問題進行了分析研究,并指出了問題產(chǎn)生的原因,通過對風(fēng)電輔機項目建設(shè)過程中實際問題的歸納總結(jié),運用全面質(zhì)量管理方法的相關(guān)知識對現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量管理體系提出了改進措施,并得到了詳細(xì)的管理方法應(yīng)用步驟。 文章最后一部分對論文進行了總結(jié)。全面質(zhì)量管理方法在風(fēng)電輔機項目建設(shè)過程的良好實施對于風(fēng)電項目建設(shè)的高質(zhì)量完成具有一定實際意義,對實際風(fēng)電輔機項目建設(shè)中質(zhì)量保證問題具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious problems of energy and environment, people begin to develop and utilize renewable clean energy on a large scale. Wind energy, as a kind of green and pollution-free renewable energy, is one of the most promising new energy sources in recent years. There are many wind farm construction projects, the quality management problems in the construction process highlight, the project quality issues not only related to the applicability of the project and investment results, but also related to the safety of people's lives and property. Therefore, this paper takes the project quality management system of Jinzishan wind farm as the research object, through the research on the problems in the process of wind power auxiliary construction, after studying the knowledge of the total quality management system, The improvement measures for the quality management system of the wind power auxiliary project are put forward, and the experience and reference for the construction of the wind power auxiliary machine project in the future are provided. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the current situation of wind power project construction, from the characteristics of the project to the specific requirements of the project and makes a brief analysis, and makes a survey and research on the research status and trend of the quality management methods at home and abroad. At the same time, it is pointed out that the construction of wind power auxiliary equipment project is a particularly important link in the process of wind farm construction. Its high quality completion will play a decisive role in the quality of the whole wind power project. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems of quality management in the construction process of the actual wind power auxiliary equipment project. The application of project quality management and quality assurance is discussed. The relevant knowledge of theory has analyzed and studied its problems, The causes of the problems are pointed out. By summarizing the practical problems in the construction of wind power auxiliary equipment project, the author puts forward the improvement measures for the existing quality management system by using the relevant knowledge of the total quality management method. And got the detailed management method application steps. In the last part of the paper, the conclusion is given. The good implementation of TQM in the construction process of wind power auxiliary equipment project has certain practical significance for the high quality completion of wind power project construction. It has certain reference value to the quality assurance problem in the actual wind power auxiliary machine project construction.
