【摘要】：很長時(shí)間以來,人們的居住環(huán)境隨著生活品質(zhì)的提高而發(fā)生改變,逐漸形成人們對一個(gè)區(qū)域不斷變化的回顧過程。伴隨時(shí)間的流逝和社會不斷進(jìn)步,這種認(rèn)知過程便產(chǎn)生了巨大變化：嶄新的生活模塊的出現(xiàn)會讓人眼前一亮,但隨著時(shí)間的沉淀,它們漸漸變得因?yàn)榇笸‘惗狈?chuàng)新點(diǎn),或又因?yàn)檫^于形式化而缺乏人性的關(guān)懷。同時(shí),快速的發(fā)展會導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)者忽略人們在生活中的體驗(yàn)過程及感受,當(dāng)這種感受很難被實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí),居住者與居住環(huán)境之間便產(chǎn)生了一種距離。例如,當(dāng)今居住空間的密集存在與松散的停車位之間的矛盾,這種矛盾加劇了新建環(huán)境與生活之間的斷層,使我們的生活空間不再是一個(gè)回歸自我的居住地點(diǎn),反而以舞臺化、布景化的方式出現(xiàn),更多的成為展示場所。 本文試圖以建設(shè)生態(tài)化居住環(huán)境的角度出發(fā),確定了“相關(guān)理論研究及解析—專業(yè)定義的詮釋—專業(yè)體系的構(gòu)建—實(shí)踐探索—設(shè)計(jì)方法的歸納”的研究路線,通過對居住空間及停車功能相關(guān)理論的研究,對城市居住區(qū)停車空間的概念進(jìn)行了深刻的定義。 文首先由研究的時(shí)代背景出發(fā),分析了在我國科技不斷進(jìn)步的今天,在城市住宅規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中存在的土地資源沒有得到合理利用的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,為整個(gè)論文做好邏輯上的鋪墊；其次,以專業(yè)定義的詮釋了對當(dāng)前我國住區(qū)停車控制要素的分析,從中了解不同停車方式為我們居民生活帶來的利與弊：再次,從環(huán)境入手,分析停車對住區(qū)環(huán)境的影響因素,確定不同停車方式對于住區(qū)環(huán)境帶來的不同程度的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了住區(qū)停車功能新技術(shù)的支撐體系；第四步,作者通過實(shí)地考察和探索,對居住區(qū)停車空間進(jìn)行深度分析,用數(shù)據(jù)說明住區(qū)停車環(huán)境存在的問題并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)羅列；最后,針對我國住區(qū)停車環(huán)境和功能存在的問題,從設(shè)計(jì)手法、規(guī)劃布局方式及新技術(shù)的利用等方面提出合理性意見和建議,試圖為建設(shè)更加美好和人性化的住區(qū)的未來做出微薄的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the living environment of people has changed with the improvement of the quality of life, and gradually formed the process of people looking back on the continuous change of a region, with the passage of time and the continuous progress of society. This cognitive process makes a huge difference: the advent of new life modules can be eye-catching, but over time they become less innovative because they are more or less the same. At the same time, rapid development will lead designers to ignore the experience and feelings of people in life, when it is very difficult to realize this feeling, There is a distance between the occupant and the living environment. For example, the conflict between the dense existence of living space and the loose parking space has aggravated the gap between the new environment and life. So that our living space is no longer a return to their own living place, but to stage, set the way to appear, more become a place to show. Based on the construction of ecological living environment, this paper attempts to determine the research route of "related theoretical research and analysis-interpretation of professional definition-construction of professional system-practice exploration-induction of design methods". The concept of parking space in urban residential areas is deeply defined through the study of the related theories of residential space and parking function. Based on the background of the research, this paper analyzes the realistic problem that the land resources in the urban housing planning and design have not been used reasonably, which is a logical foundation for the whole paper. In the present day of the continuous progress of science and technology in our country, the paper analyzes the existing problems of land resources in the urban housing planning and design. Secondly, with the professional definition of interpretation of the current residential parking control elements of analysis, from which to understand the benefits and disadvantages of different parking modes for our residents' lives: thirdly, from the environment, analysis of parking on the residential environment factors, On the basis of determining the influence of different parking modes on the environment of residential area, the supporting system of the new technology of parking function in residential area is constructed. The parking space of residential area is analyzed in depth, the problems of parking environment in residential area are explained with data and listed in detail. Finally, according to the existing problems of parking environment and function in residential area of our country, the design method is introduced. In order to make a modest contribution to the future of building a more beautiful and humanized residential area, rational suggestions and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of planning, layout and utilization of new technologies.
