超高層建筑加強(qiáng)防火要求研究

【摘要】:近年來,超高層建筑在我國(guó)呈快速發(fā)展之勢(shì),建筑高度不斷被刷新,高層商務(wù)區(qū)、住宅區(qū)等建筑群大量涌現(xiàn),帶來了許多高層建筑火災(zāi)防控與撲救的新問題,F(xiàn)行防火規(guī)范對(duì)超高層建筑的防火要求,除了火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)置方面高于一般高層建筑外,,在其他方面還沒有提出更為嚴(yán)格的要求。為此,本文對(duì)比分析了美國(guó)、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、日本、新加坡和香港等國(guó)家和地區(qū)的相關(guān)防火規(guī)范,分別針對(duì)耐火等級(jí)、防火間距、防火分區(qū)、安全疏散、消防設(shè)施和消防救援等提出了加強(qiáng)措施,為我國(guó)超高層建筑防火技術(shù)要求提供借鑒。 現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對(duì)于防止火災(zāi)在建筑內(nèi)部的蔓延已有一系列的措施,而對(duì)于火災(zāi)沿建筑外墻的豎向蔓延尚缺少相關(guān)規(guī)定。對(duì)于超高層建筑,由于受我國(guó)當(dāng)前消防救援裝備的救援高度一般在50m的限制,防止火災(zāi)沿外墻豎向蔓延的需要就更加迫切,以避免給人員和財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來巨大的傷害和造成重大的社會(huì)影響。作為實(shí)體火災(zāi)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)的主要參與者,本文通過實(shí)體火災(zāi)模擬試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬的方法,對(duì)窗檻墻和防火挑檐阻擋火災(zāi)沿建筑外墻豎向蔓延的效果進(jìn)行了研究,提出了窗檻墻和防火挑檐的防火設(shè)計(jì)要求,建議窗檻墻的高度不小于1.2m,防火挑檐的挑出寬度不小于1.0m等建議,建議可為現(xiàn)行防火規(guī)范提供新的內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:In recent years, super high-rise buildings have been developing rapidly in our country. The building height has been constantly refreshed, and a large number of high-rise business districts and residential buildings have emerged. It has brought many new problems in fire prevention and control of high-rise buildings. The fire prevention requirements of the current fire prevention code for super high-rise buildings are higher than those of other high-rise buildings except for the setting of automatic fire alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing system. There are no more stringent requirements in other aspects. For this reason, this paper compares and analyzes the relevant fire protection standards of the United States, Britain, France, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively, aiming at the fire resistance grade and the distance between fire prevention. The fire prevention zone, safety evacuation, fire protection facilities and fire rescue are put forward, which can be used as reference for the fire prevention technology requirements of super high-rise buildings in our country. The current code has a series of measures to prevent the spread of fire in the building interior, but there is still no relevant regulation on the vertical spread of fire along the exterior wall of the building. Because the rescue height of the current fire fighting and rescue equipment in our country is generally 50 m, the need to prevent the fire from spreading vertically along the external wall is even more urgent. In order to avoid great harm to people and property and great social impact. As the main participants in the fire simulation experiment, this paper adopts the method of simulation experiment and numerical simulation. In this paper, the effect of preventing fire from spreading vertically along the exterior wall of building is studied, and the fire prevention design requirements of window sill wall and fire prevention eaves are put forward. It is suggested that the height of the window sill wall be not less than 1.2 m and the width of the fire prevention eaves not less than 1.0 m. It is suggested that the new connotation of the current fire prevention code can be provided.
