基于FAHP-FCE模型的高層建筑火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),高層建筑火災(zāi)事故頻繁發(fā)生,由于結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,使用頻繁,人員眾多,具有更高的事故發(fā)生機(jī)率,不僅會(huì)帶來(lái)巨大的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,也造成了嚴(yán)重的人員傷亡。因此對(duì)于高層建筑火災(zāi)的研究工作也日益重要。防火風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估是高層建筑防火研究的重要內(nèi)容之一,本文以高層建筑為研究對(duì)象,旨在通過(guò)分析高層建筑在火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防護(hù)上的等級(jí),采取相應(yīng)的安全措施,以達(dá)到減少火災(zāi)的目的。 目前,對(duì)高層建筑火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析的手段很多,但是很少有將概率方法與模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法相結(jié)合的。本文將模糊數(shù)學(xué)中相關(guān)原理引入到層次分析法中,通過(guò)構(gòu)建FAHP-FCE模型對(duì)高層建筑火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。首先通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究確定高層建筑火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)體系,并通過(guò)一系列篩選過(guò)程驗(yàn)證其合理性和實(shí)用性,然后運(yùn)用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),并通過(guò)建立模糊一致判斷矩陣來(lái)增加高層建筑風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素權(quán)重排序的準(zhǔn)確性,進(jìn)而對(duì)重要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素提出自己的看法和建議。 確定評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系各指標(biāo)權(quán)重之后,筆者結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,并選擇改進(jìn)的合成算法以得到更加合理的隸屬度向量,得到了文章所需要的評(píng)估模型。論文最后通過(guò)典型案例分析,將FAHP-FCE模型應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐中去,驗(yàn)證了該模型的有效性和實(shí)用性?捎脕(lái)作為高層建筑火災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的依據(jù),有效指導(dǎo)高層建筑火災(zāi)防范工作,減少高層建筑火災(zāi)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失。
[Abstract]:In recent years, fire accidents occur frequently in high-rise buildings. Because of complex structure, frequent use and large number of personnel, there is a higher probability of accidents, which will not only bring huge property losses. The fire risk assessment is one of the important contents of the fire prevention research of high-rise building. This paper takes high-rise building as the research object. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the grade of fire risk protection of high-rise buildings and take corresponding safety measures to reduce fire. At present, there are many ways to analyze the fire risk of high-rise building, but few combine the probability method with the fuzzy evaluation method. In this paper, the relevant principles of fuzzy mathematics are introduced into the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The fire risk of high-rise building is evaluated by constructing FAHP-FCE model. Firstly, the fire risk index system of high-rise building is determined by literature research, and the rationality and practicability of the index system are verified by a series of screening processes. Then the weight coefficient of each index is determined by AHP, and the accuracy of weight ranking of risk factors of high-rise building is increased by establishing fuzzy consistent judgment matrix, and then the author puts forward his own views and suggestions on the important risk factors. After determining the weight of each index in the evaluation index system, the author combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and selects the improved composition algorithm to obtain more reasonable membership vector. Finally, the FAHP-FCE model is applied to practice to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the model, which can be used as the basis for fire risk assessment of high-rise buildings. Effectively guide the fire prevention work of high-rise building, reduce the risk loss of high-rise building fire.
