地下車庫通風及排煙系統(tǒng)分析與應用

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國國家經濟的迅速增長、社會的不斷發(fā)展以及廣大老百姓生活質量和標準的提升,汽車擁有數量迅速增加,在很多的城市,出現了停車難的問題并且很嚴重。目前,不管居住性質的建筑還是商業(yè)性質的建筑都已經把停車位作為一個重要指標,在每個工程項目正式實施前都要審核這一指標。而地上停車位已經不能保證正常的使用要求,在商業(yè)建筑和住宅類型的建筑中為了滿足正常的用地需要并解決停車位置的需求,因此在這些建筑中修建了很多的地下車庫。和地上建筑相比較,地下車庫具有高度密閉性,從而使流動或者停放的汽車排出的廢氣和發(fā)生火災時產生的高溫煙氣很難自行擴散,所以在車庫內必須設置正常的通風換氣和火災排煙系統(tǒng)。地下車庫的通風是為了把車庫內停放的汽車所產生的對人體有危害的氣體及時排除,并送入室外品質良好的空氣使污染物濃度降低到國家規(guī)定的范圍內;車庫排煙是為了發(fā)生火災時能夠迅速及時的排除產生的高溫煙氣并阻止煙氣的迅速蔓延,確保車庫內所有人員的身體以及物品安全,減少因火災而導致的死亡和受傷。所以怎樣更好的處理地下車庫的通風及排煙設計中出現的問題,減少項目投資和運行費用,就成為廣大科研人員和設計人員值得研究、思考的問題。 本文研究了地下車庫通風排煙系統(tǒng)的原理、計算方法以及工程設計中常用的系統(tǒng)形式,討論了國家規(guī)范中對于地下車庫通風與排煙系統(tǒng)的相關規(guī)定及存在的問題,并以延安市政協地下車庫通風與排煙系統(tǒng)的設計方案為例進行實例分析,進一步優(yōu)化了設計方案,通過對具體問題的分析與計算,得到一套合理與經濟性兼具的地下車庫通風與排煙系統(tǒng)設計方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of China's national economy, the continuous development of society and the improvement of the quality of life and standards of the general public, the number of cars has increased rapidly, in many cities. There is a parking problem and it is very serious. At present, both residential and commercial buildings have used parking space as an important indicator. This indicator must be reviewed before each project is formally implemented. However, the above ground parking space can no longer guarantee normal usage requirements, in order to meet normal land needs and address parking space needs in commercial and residential buildings, So there are a lot of underground garages built in these buildings. Compared with the above ground buildings, underground garages are highly airtight, which makes it difficult for mobile or parked cars to emit exhaust gas and for high temperature smoke from fires to spread on their own. Therefore, normal ventilation and smoke removal systems must be installed in the garage. The ventilation in the underground garage is to remove the harmful gas produced by the parked car in the garage in a timely manner. And into the outdoor air of good quality to reduce the concentration of pollutants within the limits of the state; garage smoke discharge is to quickly and timely remove the high temperature smoke generated in case of fire and prevent the rapid spread of smoke, To ensure the safety of all persons in the garage and reduce the number of deaths and injuries caused by fire. So how to better deal with the problems in ventilation and smoke exhaust design of underground garage, and reduce project investment and operating costs, It has become a problem worth studying and thinking about by researchers and designers. In this paper, the principle, calculation method and common system form of underground garage ventilation and smoke exhaust system are studied, and the relevant regulations and existing problems of underground garage ventilation and smoke exhaust system in national code are discussed. Taking the design scheme of the ventilation and smoke exhaust system of the CPPCC underground garage in Yan'an as an example, the design scheme is further optimized, and the concrete problems are analyzed and calculated. A reasonable and economical design scheme of ventilation and smoke exhaust system for underground garage is obtained.
