相變建筑材料在建筑節(jié)能領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:新世紀(jì),隨著全世界人民生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)建筑內(nèi)環(huán)境的舒適度要求也不斷提高,與之相應(yīng)的建筑能耗也越來越高,這就造成全球環(huán)境污染加劇,能源消耗過快。在熱的舒適度、能耗、環(huán)境三者中找到合理的平衡點(diǎn)已成為建筑設(shè)計(jì)、建筑節(jié)能領(lǐng)域工作者的永恒主題。建筑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)利用相變儲(chǔ)能建筑材料,可以有效降低室內(nèi)溫度波動(dòng),使建筑供暖或空調(diào)少用能量,提高舒適度和能源利用效率;同時(shí)可以解決熱能供給和需求失配的矛盾,使空調(diào)或供暖系統(tǒng)在夜間運(yùn)行,避開用電高峰以降低運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的。 本論文在調(diào)查研究國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)在的建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)主要是外墻外保溫的基礎(chǔ)上,了解了當(dāng)前墻體保溫技術(shù)中存在的不足,進(jìn)而得出如何應(yīng)用相變材料來使圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)蓄能而又節(jié)能新思路。此后,進(jìn)一步對(duì)這種相變材料在建筑應(yīng)用中進(jìn)行可行性分析和質(zhì)量鑒定。本文主要從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究討論:首先初步了解相變建筑材料,從概念、應(yīng)用原理、選擇方法、種類特性、節(jié)能價(jià)值幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究和闡述。其次,研究討論其應(yīng)用的可行性,主要包括三個(gè)方面:制備技術(shù)、節(jié)能效果、應(yīng)用質(zhì)量。這主要是通過借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外該領(lǐng)域當(dāng)前的研究成果、市場(chǎng)化程度、實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果、建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、節(jié)能技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)方法、檢測(cè)參數(shù)、施工技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)等各方面進(jìn)行闡述和討論。最后,以應(yīng)用該技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外示范性建筑為例,說明相變建筑材料在地板、墻面、屋頂?shù)染S護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)上應(yīng)用的節(jié)能效果。本文最后列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外兩個(gè)住宅使用案例,闡述了該材料在施工過程中的技術(shù)要點(diǎn),繪制了施工大樣圖,,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的節(jié)能效果做了初步分析。 本論文最終將得出相變材料在建筑節(jié)能中占有很大優(yōu)勢(shì),此外還具備了相變建筑節(jié)能材料可以在大范圍內(nèi)推廣使用的可行性報(bào)告。筆者認(rèn)為相變建筑材料在未來建筑節(jié)能領(lǐng)域有很廣闊的應(yīng)用。不可否認(rèn),這種新型材料的推廣使用會(huì)面臨很多的困難。但未來相變建筑材料節(jié)能市場(chǎng)的美好前景值得我們?nèi)ミM(jìn)一步研究,我們迫切需要建筑材料相關(guān)領(lǐng)域科研人員展開進(jìn)一步的理論探討和實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)查。
[Abstract]:In the new century, with the continuous improvement of the living standards of the people all over the world, people's requirements for the comfort of the building environment are also continuously raised, and the corresponding building energy consumption is also increasing, which results in the worsening of global environmental pollution. Energy consumption is too fast. Finding a reasonable balance point among the thermal comfort, energy consumption and environment has become the eternal theme of the workers in the field of architectural design and energy conservation. It can effectively reduce the fluctuation of indoor temperature, reduce the energy consumption of building heating or air conditioning, improve comfort and energy use efficiency, at the same time, it can solve the contradiction between heat energy supply and demand mismatch, and make air conditioning or heating system run at night. Avoid the peak power consumption to reduce the operating costs, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation. On the basis of investigation and research on the existing building energy saving technology in China, which is mainly external insulation of external wall, this paper understands the shortcomings of the current wall insulation technology. Then, a new idea on how to use phase change material to store energy and save energy is obtained. Further, the feasibility analysis and quality appraisal of the phase change material in building application are carried out. This paper mainly studies and discusses the phase change building material from three aspects: first, the concept, the application principle, the selection method, the type characteristic, the concept, the application principle, the choice method, the type characteristic, Secondly, the feasibility of its application is discussed, including three aspects: preparation technology, energy saving effect, application quality. The degree of marketization, the test results, the technical standard of building energy saving, the evaluation index of energy saving technology, the quality testing method of domestic products, the testing parameters, the advantages of construction technology and so on are expounded and discussed. Taking the domestic and foreign demonstration buildings using this technology as an example, the energy saving effect of phase change building materials applied in floor, wall, roof and other maintenance structures is illustrated. Finally, two cases of domestic and foreign residential use are listed. This paper expounds the technical points of the material in the construction process, draws the construction sample diagram, and makes a preliminary analysis on the energy saving effect of the project. In the end, this paper will conclude that phase change material has a great advantage in building energy saving. In addition, there is a feasibility report that phase change building materials can be widely used in a wide range. The author thinks that phase change building materials will be widely used in the field of building energy conservation in the future. The popularization and use of this new type of materials will face many difficulties. But the bright prospect of the energy saving market of phase change building materials in the future is worth our further study. We urgently need researchers in related fields of building materials to carry out further theoretical and experimental investigations.
