【摘要】：PR系統(tǒng)被發(fā)達(dá)國家廣泛用于規(guī)劃理念中用于解決或者緩解城市中心商業(yè)區(qū)的道路擁堵問題。本文針對南京市主城區(qū)以及主副城連接道路交通擁堵的現(xiàn)狀，開展了江寧區(qū)東山副城的PR規(guī)劃研究。從主副城交通狀況，居民出行行為以及土地規(guī)劃政策等方面分析了東山副城實(shí)施PR的必要性以及依托軌道交通，政策引導(dǎo)等方面所具有的良好條件，進(jìn)一步分析了實(shí)施PR的可行性。通過調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)建立了東山副城區(qū)域的PR需求預(yù)測的logit模型，獲得了PR出行的分擔(dān)率；同時(shí)以南京市地鐵三號(hào)線江寧段站點(diǎn)為例，通過站點(diǎn)周邊土地使用和規(guī)劃情況，根據(jù)PR選址原則定性的分析了各站點(diǎn)，并選取了通勤型換乘站誠信大道站作為PR的實(shí)施站點(diǎn)，從PR設(shè)施布局，，空間設(shè)計(jì)和輔助條件等方面對誠信大道站的小汽車PR系統(tǒng)的規(guī)模和布局規(guī)劃分析，給出具體的設(shè)施建設(shè)、收費(fèi)和管理方面的建議。為江寧東山副城的PR規(guī)劃提供參考，為南京主城區(qū)以及主副城連接通道的交通擁堵狀況提供可能的緩解途徑。
[Abstract]:PR system is widely used in developed countries to solve the problem of road congestion or alleviate the city central business district planning. This paper focuses on the present situation in Nanjing city and the main road connecting vice city traffic congestion, to carry out the research of PR planning of Jiangning District Dongshan deputy city. From the main vice city traffic, residents travel behavior and land planning policy and other aspects of the Dongshan PR implementation necessity and the traffic on track, good conditions of policy guidance and other aspects, further analysis of the feasibility of the implementation of PR. The logit model of PR in the area of East mountain city deputy demand forecast was established by using the survey data, the contribution rate of PR travel at the same time; taking Nanjing metro line three section of the Jiangning site as an example, through the site surrounding land use and planning, according to the PR principle of location is a qualitative analysis of the site, and selected the commuter As the implementation of station site PR transfer integrity Avenue station, from the PR facility layout, analysis of car PR system of integrity Avenue station space design and auxiliary conditions of the scale and layout planning, specific facilities, fees and management suggestions. Provide a reference for the Jiang Ningdong hill PR vice city planning, traffic congestion in the main city of Nanjing as the connection channel and the main vice city may provide relief way.
