【摘要】：現(xiàn)在我國(guó)對(duì)于建設(shè)工程造價(jià)的控制,主要還停留在建筑施工階段,輕視設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)階段的方法和制度缺乏深入的研究,尤其施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段因受到設(shè)計(jì)管理或體制上的局限,造價(jià)控制效果不理想,造成諸多建設(shè)過程中造價(jià)失控的現(xiàn)象。 本文主要探討在初步設(shè)計(jì)完成后,如何在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段有效控制并降低工程造價(jià)。文章從設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制的現(xiàn)狀、造價(jià)控制的影響因素等方面入手,以非政府投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的項(xiàng)目管理模式,通過實(shí)際工程案例從技術(shù)、管理兩條途徑,對(duì)如何在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段有效控制并降低工程造價(jià)進(jìn)行分析和闡述,并對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)及成本合理性進(jìn)行研究。希望找出解決施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段造價(jià)控制的有效途徑,旨在為控制工程造價(jià)不超預(yù)算,提供理論方面的指導(dǎo)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the control of construction cost in our country mainly stays in the construction stage, despises the cost control in the design stage, and lacks in-depth research on the method and system of the design stage. Because of the limitation of design management or system, the effect of cost control is not ideal in the stage of construction drawing design, which results in many phenomena of cost out of control in the process of construction. This paper mainly discusses how to effectively control and reduce the project cost in the construction drawing design stage after the completion of the preliminary design. This paper starts with the current situation of the cost control in the design phase and the influencing factors of the cost control, etc. Taking the cost control in the stage of non-government investment and construction project design as the research object, combining the project management mode of our country at the present stage, through the actual engineering cases from the technology, two ways to manage, This paper analyzes and expounds how to effectively control and reduce the project cost in the construction drawing design stage, and studies the design and cost rationality of the construction project. It is hoped to find out an effective way to solve the cost control in the construction drawing design stage. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical guidance and practical application methods for controlling project cost not exceeding budget.
