【摘要】：本文引入使用后評(píng)價(jià)（POE）的理論和方法，對(duì)南京鐘山風(fēng)景區(qū)琵琶湖景區(qū)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地調(diào)查和評(píng)價(jià)；并以調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)琵琶湖景區(qū)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)反饋研究，以及多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)研究，了解琵琶湖景區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)意愿的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況，總結(jié)其設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，分析其設(shè)計(jì)意愿未實(shí)現(xiàn)的原因，最后嘗試為同類(lèi)項(xiàng)目提出設(shè)計(jì)建議。全文共分成六章： 第一章提出研究目的和意義，確立研究的基本內(nèi)容、方法和框架。 第二章是對(duì)使用后評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)備階段的研究，，包括POE基本理論知識(shí)、評(píng)價(jià)的前期信息準(zhǔn)備、評(píng)價(jià)的研究設(shè)計(jì)以及評(píng)價(jià)因素集的構(gòu)建。通過(guò)這些內(nèi)容的研究，確定出對(duì)琵琶湖景區(qū)進(jìn)行使用后評(píng)價(jià)的具體目標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容，選擇出具體的評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)研方法、數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析方法。 第三章對(duì)在上一章中確定選用的評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查進(jìn)行整理，包括滿意度評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、認(rèn)知類(lèi)評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查、行為測(cè)量調(diào)查以及訪談，這些是后面章節(jié)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析的基礎(chǔ)信息。 第四章在第三章的評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，從景觀塑造和場(chǎng)所創(chuàng)造兩大方面對(duì)琵琶湖景區(qū)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)反饋研究，總結(jié)了景區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)被使用者認(rèn)可的方面和未被認(rèn)可的方面。然后根據(jù)被認(rèn)可的方面分析出設(shè)計(jì)的成功點(diǎn)，探究未認(rèn)可方面的原因并提煉出設(shè)計(jì)啟示。 第五章應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的研究方法，結(jié)合發(fā)放給景區(qū)游人的結(jié)構(gòu)化問(wèn)卷，對(duì)琵琶湖景區(qū)的總體環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)，最后得到了肯定的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。然后借鑒琵琶湖景區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從生態(tài)和人的角度提出了類(lèi)似景區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)建議。 第六章為結(jié)論部分，回顧了論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容，總結(jié)了論文的研究結(jié)論和不足，最后從使用后評(píng)價(jià)研究和設(shè)計(jì)研究的角度提出研究展望。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the theory and method of post-use evaluation (Poe) to investigate and evaluate the Biwa Lake Scenic area of Zhong Shan in Nanjing systematically, and based on the results of the investigation and evaluation, carries out a design feedback study on the Biwa Lake Scenic area. And multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Through the study, we know the situation of the design intention of Biwa Lake scenic area, summarize the experience and lessons of its design implementation, and analyze the reasons why the design intention has not been realized. At last, I try to give some design suggestions for similar projects. The whole paper is divided into six chapters:. The first chapter puts forward the purpose and significance of the research, and establishes the basic contents, methods and framework of the research. The second chapter is the research on the preparation stage of post-use evaluation, including the basic theoretical knowledge of POE, the preliminary information preparation of evaluation, the research design of evaluation and the construction of evaluation factor set. The specific objectives and contents of the post-use evaluation of Biwa Lake Scenic area were determined, and the specific evaluation methods, data collection and analysis methods were selected. The third chapter collates the selected evaluation survey in the previous chapter, including satisfaction evaluation questionnaire, cognitive evaluation survey, behavior measurement survey and interviews, which are the basic information for evaluation and analysis in the following chapters. Chapter 4th, on the basis of the evaluation and investigation in the third chapter, studies the design feedback of Biwa Lake Scenic area from two aspects: landscape shaping and site creation. This paper summarizes the aspects of the scenic area design which are recognized by the users and the aspects that are not recognized. Then it analyzes the success points of the design according to the approved aspects, probes into the reasons of the unrecognized aspects and extracts the design inspiration. In Chapter 5th, by using the research method of fuzzy mathematics and the structured questionnaire issued to the scenic area visitors, the overall environmental quality of the Biwa Lake Scenic area is evaluated by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the evaluation results are obtained, and the design suggestions of the similar scenic spots are put forward from the ecological and human aspects, with reference to the design experience of the Biwa Lake scenic spot. Chapter 6th is the conclusion part, which reviews the main research contents of the thesis, summarizes the research conclusions and shortcomings of the paper, and finally puts forward the research prospect from the perspective of post-use evaluation research and design research.
