長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂節(jié)能改造綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:既有建筑的節(jié)能改造是建筑節(jié)能的重要內(nèi)容。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,農(nóng)村住宅的節(jié)能改造業(yè)已進(jìn)入了蓬勃發(fā)展的新時(shí)期。 但目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的住宅節(jié)能研究較多集中在城市地區(qū),而對(duì)我國(guó)廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)住宅的節(jié)能改造研究,在很多層面上嚴(yán)重滯后,例如目前針對(duì)農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂改造后的節(jié)能效果方面,,沒有相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)和預(yù)測(cè)研究,導(dǎo)致該區(qū)域很多農(nóng)村住宅的節(jié)能改造還停留在自發(fā)性階段,節(jié)能的方法雖然五花八門,但無(wú)法保證節(jié)能改造的預(yù)期效果。因此本研究以典型的夏熱冬冷地區(qū)——長(zhǎng)沙市為例,針對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市農(nóng)村住宅實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合已有建筑節(jié)能評(píng)價(jià)研究成果,探索適用于農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂?shù)墓?jié)能改造評(píng)估方法。本研究可彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)在該領(lǐng)域研究上的不足,對(duì)農(nóng)村住宅實(shí)現(xiàn)兩型社會(huì)的目標(biāo)具有較大的緊迫性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本論文擬針對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂開展節(jié)能改造評(píng)價(jià)體系的建構(gòu)與應(yīng)用研究,具體包括4個(gè)方面內(nèi)容: 1.評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建構(gòu) 本研究結(jié)合長(zhǎng)沙當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村住宅調(diào)研的實(shí)際情況(氣候條件、生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)、施工水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況等),建立了包括改造后節(jié)能效果、原屋頂生產(chǎn)功能的保留程度、施工工藝的影響和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)等在內(nèi)的4個(gè)基準(zhǔn)層、6個(gè)指標(biāo)層的長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂節(jié)能改造綜合評(píng)估方法。 2.評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的分析 在對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重分析時(shí),選取與節(jié)能改造相關(guān)的4類人群進(jìn)行專家問卷調(diào)查,并采用AHP法進(jìn)行權(quán)重的計(jì)算,力求各因子的權(quán)重能夠充分反映客觀事實(shí)。 3.農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂節(jié)能改造效益分析模型的建立 文章綜合節(jié)能改造系統(tǒng)工程理論、模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論和灰色系統(tǒng)理論等確定綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,以構(gòu)建農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂節(jié)能改造的效益分析模型作為最終的評(píng)價(jià)工具。 4.實(shí)例應(yīng)用 在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,文章最后還引入選取的農(nóng)村住宅原型和平屋頂節(jié)能改造方案,并結(jié)合農(nóng)村實(shí)地的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)及專家評(píng)分,對(duì)前文建立的農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂節(jié)能改造評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行實(shí)例應(yīng)用,得出最終評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,以初步驗(yàn)證該綜合評(píng)估方法的合理性、科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性。 本評(píng)估方法是針對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂實(shí)際情況而建立的,希望通過對(duì)各改造方案的綜合評(píng)價(jià)和比選,用戶能做出更加合理的選擇;同時(shí),也希望能進(jìn)一步規(guī)范和制約農(nóng)村住宅平屋頂節(jié)能改造市場(chǎng),最終為人民居住環(huán)境的建設(shè)和建筑節(jié)能事業(yè)的發(fā)展服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society in our country, the energy-saving transformation of rural housing has entered a new period of vigorous development. However, at present, most of the research on residential energy conservation at home and abroad is concentrated in urban areas, and the research on the energy-saving transformation of residential buildings in the vast rural areas of our country is seriously lagging behind in many aspects. For example, at present, there is no relevant evaluation and prediction study on the energy-saving effect of the flat roof renovation of rural housing, which leads to the fact that many rural residential buildings in this region are still in the spontaneous stage. Although there are various ways to save energy, But it can not guarantee the expected effect of energy saving reconstruction. Therefore, this study takes Changsha City, a typical hot summer and cold winter area, as an example, according to the actual situation of rural residential buildings in Changsha City, combined with the existing research results of building energy conservation evaluation. This study can make up for the deficiency of domestic research in this field and has great urgency and practical significance for rural housing to realize the goal of two-type society. This paper aims at the construction and application of energy saving evaluation system of rural residential flat roof in Changsha area, including four aspects:. 1. Construction of evaluation index system. This study combined with the actual situation of Changsha local rural residential research (climate conditions, production characteristics, construction level, economic situation, etc.), established including the retrofit energy-saving effect, the original roof production function retention, The comprehensive evaluation method for energy saving reconstruction of rural residential flat roof in Changsha area, including the influence of construction technology and technical economy, including four reference layers and six index layers. 2. Analysis of the weights of evaluation indicators. In the weight analysis of each index, four groups of people related to energy saving reform are selected to carry out expert questionnaire survey, and AHP method is used to calculate the weight, so that the weight of each factor can fully reflect the objective facts. 3.Establishment of benefit analysis model for energy saving renovation of flat roof of rural residence. In this paper, the system engineering theory, fuzzy mathematics theory and grey system theory of energy saving reconstruction are integrated to determine the comprehensive evaluation method, and the benefit analysis model of energy saving reconstruction of flat roof of rural residence is constructed as the final evaluation tool. 4. Example applications. On the basis of the previous research, the paper also introduces the selected rural housing prototype and roof energy-saving reconstruction scheme, and combines with the rural field research data and expert score. The evaluation system for energy saving of flat roof of rural residential building was established in this paper, and the final evaluation result was obtained to verify the rationality, scientific and practicability of the comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation method is based on the actual situation of the flat roof of the rural housing in Changsha area. It is hoped that the users can make more reasonable choices through the comprehensive evaluation and comparison of the reconstruction schemes; at the same time, It also hopes to further standardize and restrict the market of energy saving transformation of rural residential flat roof, and finally serve for the construction of people's living environment and the development of building energy conservation cause.
