【摘要】：近年來,我國建筑智能化發(fā)展迅速,已成為全球最大的建筑智能化市場,世界上最先進的建筑智能化技術(shù)在中國都得到應(yīng)用,而且,項目規(guī)模越大,技術(shù)越新、系統(tǒng)越復(fù)雜,其風(fēng)險程度就越高。因此,必須從理論和實踐上重視對建筑智能化項目的風(fēng)險管理研究。風(fēng)險管理目的是保證項目總目標實現(xiàn),良好的風(fēng)險管理是項目成功的關(guān)鍵,早預(yù)測,早準備,降低風(fēng)險,發(fā)現(xiàn)機會,是風(fēng)險管理的原則。沈陽環(huán)保大廈項目定位為以國家綠色建筑二星標準(GB/T 50378)為主要目標,建成國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的新型辦公樓宇與智能環(huán)保理念相結(jié)合的綠色建筑優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。大廈智能化系統(tǒng)作為建筑物的控制核心,由于其涉及電氣、安裝、裝修、弱電、計算機、軟件等多領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科,技術(shù)新、工程復(fù)雜、項目干系人眾多,在整個建筑智能化過程中存在大量風(fēng)險因素,智能化項目成敗關(guān)系到大廈建設(shè)總體目標能否實現(xiàn),因此,有必要將風(fēng)險管理引入到智能化項目建設(shè)之中,結(jié)合建筑智能化項目特點,對沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化項目的風(fēng)險進行有效管理。本文以筆者參加建設(shè)的沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化工程項目為實例,對智能化項目風(fēng)險管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題進行了分析與研究:結(jié)合沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化項目的具體工程實踐,運用工程項目管理理論與具體實際工程項目相結(jié)合的方法,對智能化項目的風(fēng)險管理規(guī)劃、風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險分析評估、風(fēng)險應(yīng)對、風(fēng)險監(jiān)控等內(nèi)容進行詳細探討研究。本文主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下幾個部分:一是介紹了沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化項目研究背景和意義,研究目的、研究方法與主要研究內(nèi)容;二是介紹了項目風(fēng)險管理概論,主要闡述了風(fēng)險和項目風(fēng)險管理概念,項目風(fēng)險識別,項目風(fēng)險評價,項目風(fēng)險應(yīng)對等理論;三是介紹了沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化項目的背景分析及風(fēng)險管理規(guī)劃;四是研究了沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化項目風(fēng)險識別和風(fēng)險評估,建立了智能化項目初始風(fēng)險清單和項目風(fēng)險清單,通過對項目風(fēng)險因素的定性、定量分析評估研究,確定智能化項目的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險因素;五是研究了智能化項目風(fēng)險應(yīng)對計劃及項目風(fēng)險應(yīng)對措施,論述了智能化項目風(fēng)險監(jiān)控計劃及主要風(fēng)險監(jiān)控措施,風(fēng)險跟蹤和項目后評價的實施方法。最后,介紹了沈陽環(huán)保大廈智能化項目風(fēng)險管理研究的結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, building intelligence in our country has developed rapidly, and has become the largest intelligent building market in the world. The most advanced building intelligence technology in the world has been applied in China. Moreover, the larger the project scale, the more new the technology and the more complex the system is. Therefore, the research on risk management of intelligent building project must be paid attention to theoretically and practically. The purpose of risk management is to ensure the realization of the overall goal of the project, and good risk management is the key to the success of the project. Early preparation, risk reduction, and discovery of opportunities are the principles of risk management. The Shenyang Environmental Protection Building Project has been positioned as the main goal of the National Green Building Standard GBT50378. The intelligent building system is the core of building control, because it involves electrical, installation, decoration, weak electricity, computer, etc. Software and other fields, multidisciplinary, new technology, complex engineering, numerous project stakeholders, there are a large number of risk factors in the whole process of building intelligence, the success or failure of intelligent projects is related to whether the overall goal of building construction can be achieved, therefore, It is necessary to introduce risk management into the construction of intelligent projects, combining with the characteristics of intelligent building projects, This paper takes the intelligent project of Shenyang environmental protection building as an example, and analyzes the present situation of risk management of the intelligent project. The existing problems are analyzed and studied: combined with the concrete engineering practice of the intelligent project of Shenyang Environmental Protection Building, the risk management planning of the intelligent project is carried out by using the method of combining the theory of engineering project management with the concrete project. Risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation, risk response, risk monitoring and other contents are discussed in detail. The main contents of this paper include the following parts: first, the research background and significance of the intelligent environmental protection building in Shenyang are introduced. Second, the introduction of project risk management, including the concept of risk and project risk management, project risk identification, project risk evaluation, project risk response and so on. The third is to introduce the background analysis and risk management planning of the intelligent project of Shenyang Environmental Protection Building, the fourth is to study the risk identification and risk assessment of the intelligent project of Shenyang Environmental Protection Building, and establish the initial risk list and the project risk list of the intelligent project. Through qualitative and quantitative evaluation of project risk factors, the key risk factors of intelligent project are determined. This paper discusses the risk monitoring plan of intelligent project and its main risk monitoring measures, risk tracking and implementation methods of post-project evaluation. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of risk management research on intelligent project of Shenyang Environmental Protection Building are introduced.
