【摘要】：研究以北池子大街某院改造設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為例，圍繞北京歷史文化保護(hù)區(qū)更新類建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)如何與傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌相協(xié)調(diào)這個核心問題，嘗試探索具體的設(shè)計(jì)方法。研究通過對現(xiàn)有保護(hù)區(qū)規(guī)劃的解讀和相關(guān)案例的分析，提出了“因循守舊”、“因地制宜”和“因勢利導(dǎo)”的更新類建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)基本原則，指出以建筑的空間形態(tài)控制為重點(diǎn)、以特殊問題的解決為難點(diǎn)的基本思路。通過緊密結(jié)合北池子大街項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)，，進(jìn)一步以實(shí)地調(diào)研資料和歷史古地圖為依據(jù)對北池子大街區(qū)域進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的現(xiàn)狀條件及傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌特征的分析，總結(jié)出以傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)在機(jī)制的延續(xù)和現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)思路的引入兩方面內(nèi)容相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)方法。并最終以北池子大街項(xiàng)目為例為該設(shè)計(jì)方法的具體運(yùn)用提供了直觀的示范。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the renovation design project of a certain courtyard in the north of Chizi Street as an example, focusing on the core problem of how to coordinate the renovation design with the traditional style and features in the Beijing Historical and Cultural Reserve. This paper attempts to explore specific design methods. Through the interpretation of the existing protected area planning and the analysis of relevant cases, this paper puts forward the basic principles of the renewal architectural reconstruction design of "keeping the old times", "taking measures according to local conditions" and "adapting to the situation". It is pointed out that the basic idea of focusing on the spatial form control of buildings and taking the solution of special problems as the difficult point is to combine closely with the characteristics of the Beichizi Street project. On the basis of field investigation and historical maps, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the present conditions and traditional features of the area of Beichizi Street. This paper summarizes the design method which combines the continuation of traditional internal mechanism with the introduction of modern design ideas and finally provides an intuitive demonstration for the concrete application of the design method by taking the project of North Chizi Street as an example.
