【摘要】:中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司成立于2002年底,系中國(guó)中鐵建工集團(tuán)有限公司全資子公司,前身為鐵道部建廠工程局第三建筑工程處。公司擁有房屋建筑工程施工總承包一級(jí)資質(zhì),建筑防水工程、預(yù)應(yīng)力工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)資質(zhì),工程機(jī)械租賃資質(zhì),承建的工程遍布環(huán)渤海、長(zhǎng)三角、珠三角等中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要地區(qū)。 作為中國(guó)中鐵股份公司的三級(jí)子公司,中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展具有一定的典型性,研究其戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展過程及戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展中存在的問題,對(duì)于基層的國(guó)有企業(yè)尤其是建筑施工企業(yè)發(fā)展具有相當(dāng)?shù)慕梃b和指導(dǎo)意義。 本文首先介紹了中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司的發(fā)展歷程,闡述了論文的研究思路、基本方法、研究的意義和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分主要介紹了中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司當(dāng)前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,從戰(zhàn)略布局、經(jīng)營(yíng)生產(chǎn)、組織管理、人力資源、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等方面分析了公司當(dāng)前的管理情況及存在的種種問題,并對(duì)問題的成因進(jìn)行了深入的挖掘。 第三部分主要分析了公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,采用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析法,從中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析入手,找出企業(yè)發(fā)展中的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)及外部機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,為中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司的發(fā)展提出可行性戰(zhàn)略選擇。同時(shí)通過與國(guó)內(nèi)優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的對(duì)標(biāo)分析,介紹其發(fā)展過程中的優(yōu)秀管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而為中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供借鑒。 第四部分對(duì)中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入分析并提出了發(fā)展總體目標(biāo),圍繞總體目標(biāo)對(duì)各個(gè)子戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了一定的闡述,強(qiáng)調(diào)以企業(yè)核心文化為引導(dǎo),打造成熟的企業(yè)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)北方公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 結(jié)論部分對(duì)本文的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)中鐵建工集團(tuán)北方工程有限公司下一步的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施提出了建議。
[Abstract]:China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in end of 2002, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Railway Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Formerly known as the third Construction Agency of the Ministry of Railways Construction and Engineering Bureau. The company has the first class qualification for building construction construction, construction waterproof engineering, pre-stressed engineering professional contracting secondary qualification, construction machinery leasing qualification, The construction of projects around the Bohai Sea, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other important areas of economic development in China. As a third-level subsidiary of China Railway Corporation, China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd. has a certain typicality in its strategic development. This paper studies its strategic development process and the problems existing in its development. It has considerable reference and guiding significance for the development of basic-level state-owned enterprises, especially construction enterprises. This paper first introduces the development course of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd., and expounds the research ideas, basic methods, significance and innovation of the paper. The second part mainly introduces the current development status and existing problems of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd., from the strategic layout, management and production, organization and management, human resources, This paper analyzes the current management situation and existing problems of the company, and explores the causes of the problems. The third part mainly analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of the company, using SWOT strategic analysis, starting with the analysis of the internal and external environment of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd. Find out the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats in the development of enterprises, and put forward the feasible strategic choice for the development of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd. This paper introduces the excellent management experience in the course of its development, thus providing reference for the further development of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd. In the 4th part, the further development of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd is deeply analyzed, and the overall development goal is put forward. The core culture of the enterprise should be taken as the guide to build mature enterprise management and realize the sustainable development of the northern company. The conclusion part summarizes the content of this paper, and puts forward some suggestions for the next strategic implementation of China Railway Construction Engineering Group North Engineering Co., Ltd.
