冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系中自攻螺釘連接的抗剪性能試驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究鋼板與鋼板、鋼板與定向刨花板(OSB板)以及鋼板與硅酸鈣板(CSB)之間(自鉆)自攻螺釘連接的抗剪性能,對32個螺釘連接試件進行了試驗研究,研究了螺釘連接試件的受力過程和受力模式,分析了鋼板厚度、板材受拉纖維方向的差異、加載速度以及螺釘至板材邊緣距離等參數(shù)對試件受剪承載力的影響.試驗結(jié)果表明:鋼板與鋼板連接的破壞形態(tài)為螺釘孔處鋼板局部承壓和螺釘頭被剪斷;鋼板與OSB板連接最終發(fā)生自攻螺釘?shù)倪^度傾斜和OSB板端部的劈裂分層;鋼板與CSB板連接的破壞模式為自攻螺釘處CSB板被凈截面拉斷.隨著鋼板厚度以及螺釘至板材邊緣距離的增加,自攻螺釘連接的受剪承載力有所提高;隨著加載速度的增加,鋼板與鋼板連接以及鋼板與CSB板連接試件的受剪承載力略有增加,鋼板與OSB板連接試件的受剪承載能力出現(xiàn)一定降低.OSB板與CSB板的方向性導致縱向纖維受拉試件的受剪承載力明顯高于橫向纖維受拉試件.
[Abstract]:In order to study the shear resistance of steel plate and plate, steel plate and oriented particleboard (OSB) and steel plate and calcium silicate board (CSB), 32 screw joint specimens were tested. In this paper, the stress process and stress mode of the screw joint specimen are studied, and the difference of the thickness of steel plate and the direction of tensile fiber of plate is analyzed. The effect of loading speed and the distance between screw and plate edge on the shear bearing capacity of the specimen is studied. The results show that the failure pattern of the connection between steel plate and plate is local compression of steel plate and shearing of screw head at the screw hole. Finally, excessive tilt of tapping screws and split delamination at the end of OSB plate occurred in connection between steel plate and OSB plate. The failure mode of the connection between the steel plate and the CSB plate is that the CSB plate is pulled by the net cross section at the self-tapping screw. With the increase of the thickness of the plate and the distance from the screw to the edge of the plate, the shear capacity of the self-tapping screw joint increases, and the shear capacity of the self-tapping screw joint increases with the increase of loading speed. The shear capacity of steel plate to steel plate connection and steel plate to CSB plate joint is slightly increased. The shear bearing capacity of steel plate and OSB plate is decreased. The directionality of OSB plate and CSB plate leads to the shear capacity of longitudinal fiber tensile specimen is obviously higher than that of transverse fiber tensile specimen.
