既有磚混結(jié)構(gòu)抗震加固優(yōu)化及其效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:磚混結(jié)構(gòu)是主要的幾種房屋結(jié)構(gòu)形式之一,在中國廣大的非一線城市、城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村大量存在。由于大量的既有磚混結(jié)構(gòu)建筑物抗震安全性不足且已經(jīng)進(jìn)入維修加固期,加上由于經(jīng)濟(jì)、工期、效益和環(huán)保等方面的要求,抗震鑒定、加固和改造的需求很大。如何低成本地對(duì)既有磚混結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震加固,確保其安全和可靠,,是個(gè)急需研究的課題。 本文是在他人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,從檢測(cè)結(jié)果分析和病害總結(jié)、基于PKPM的加固設(shè)計(jì)方案優(yōu)化及評(píng)價(jià)、基于ANSYS的混合體系地震動(dòng)力學(xué)分析和抗震性能評(píng)價(jià),以及磚混結(jié)構(gòu)抗倒塌性能評(píng)價(jià)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。 在前期工作中,在做好現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)和典型結(jié)構(gòu)分析對(duì)象選擇的基礎(chǔ)上,做好檢測(cè)鑒定和病害總結(jié)工作,對(duì)分析對(duì)象---某磚混結(jié)構(gòu)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)的檢測(cè)和鑒定,對(duì)加固重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。 在主體工作中,首先利用國家認(rèn)證和推廣的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和鑒定加固軟件PKPM(2010版)中的砌體加固模塊進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,進(jìn)行了病房樓的出屋面不規(guī)則樓電梯間的加固設(shè)計(jì)方案優(yōu)化和加固后結(jié)構(gòu)性能評(píng)估和經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià);連體磚混結(jié)構(gòu)(體檢樓)斷開前后不同加固處理方法的抗震安全性評(píng)價(jià),以及斷開前后該體檢樓墻段的抗震性能評(píng)價(jià)。其次研究磚混結(jié)構(gòu)的ANSYS數(shù)值模擬方法,利用ANSYS軟件建立混合體系磚混結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對(duì)一個(gè)頂層是框架的磚混結(jié)構(gòu)ANSYS三維模型進(jìn)行時(shí)程分析,計(jì)算該混合體系建筑在地震動(dòng)力作用下的響應(yīng),評(píng)價(jià)了其抗震性能。在比較和評(píng)價(jià)的同時(shí)對(duì)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能做了機(jī)理分析。 最后根據(jù)魯棒性理論提出一種可用于加固后磚混結(jié)構(gòu)抗倒塌性能方面的評(píng)價(jià)方案。
[Abstract]:Brick-concrete structure is one of the main forms of building structure, which exists in a large number of non-first-tier cities, towns and rural areas in China. Because a large number of existing brick-concrete structure buildings are not safe enough in earthquake resistance and have entered the period of maintenance and reinforcement, Due to the requirements of economy, time limit, benefit and environmental protection, there is a great demand for seismic identification, reinforcement and reconstruction. How to strengthen existing brick and concrete structures at low cost to ensure their safety and reliability is an urgent research subject. On the basis of others' research, this paper analyzes the detection results, summarizes the disease, optimizes and evaluates the reinforcement design scheme based on PKPM, and analyses the seismic dynamics and seismic performance of hybrid system based on ANSYS. And several aspects such as the evaluation of brick-concrete structure anti-collapse performance were studied. In the earlier work, on the basis of the summary of the present situation and the selection of the typical structural analysis object, the detection and identification and the disease summary were done, and the analysis object---a brick and concrete structure hospital was carefully examined and identified. The emphasis of reinforcement is optimized. In the main work, first of all, the masonry reinforcement module in the national certified and popularized structural design and appraisal software PKPM(2010 version is used for checking calculation. Optimization of reinforcement design scheme, evaluation of structural performance and economic evaluation after reinforcement, seismic safety evaluation of different reinforcement methods before and after disconnection of contiguous brick and concrete structure (physical building) are carried out. Secondly, the ANSYS numerical simulation method of brick and concrete structure is studied, and the model of brick concrete structure with hybrid system is established by using ANSYS software. The ANSYS 3D model of a brick-and-concrete structure with the top floor is analyzed by time history analysis, and the response of the hybrid system under seismic dynamic action is calculated. The aseismic performance of brick concrete structure is evaluated, and the mechanism analysis of the seismic performance of brick-concrete structure is also made at the same time of comparison and evaluation. Finally, based on the robustness theory, a scheme is proposed to evaluate the collapse resistance of reinforced brick and concrete structures.
