夏熱冬冷地區(qū)綠色辦公建筑的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略研究

【摘要】:本文基于浙江臺(tái)州億利達(dá)辦公樓設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)綠色辦公建筑的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略展開研究,最后將研究出的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略付諸實(shí)踐。 夏熱冬冷地區(qū),夏季濕熱,冬季濕冷,必須協(xié)調(diào)夏季隔熱遮陽降溫和冬季保溫防寒供暖的設(shè)計(jì)。被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)的目的就是延長(zhǎng)過渡季,縮短夏季制冷和冬季供暖的時(shí)間,同時(shí)減少夏季和冬季的主動(dòng)能耗,并達(dá)到一定的環(huán)保效益。 針對(duì)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的氣候特點(diǎn),總結(jié)適用的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略,主要包括:自然通風(fēng)、自然采光、建筑遮陽、建筑隔熱、生態(tài)綠化、被動(dòng)式雨水利用等。 通過大量的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)閱讀及國內(nèi)外建筑案例的分析,探討夏熱冬冷地區(qū)應(yīng)用以上總結(jié)的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略的方法。加強(qiáng)自然通風(fēng),充分利用風(fēng)壓通風(fēng),控制建筑進(jìn)深小于14m,采用合院式布局應(yīng)設(shè)置通風(fēng)廊道改善內(nèi)庭院的通風(fēng)狀況。加強(qiáng)自然采光,應(yīng)少運(yùn)用平天窗以及頂部采光的中庭,運(yùn)用時(shí)需設(shè)計(jì)遮陽設(shè)施。加強(qiáng)建筑遮陽,遮擋夏季直射陽光,同時(shí)應(yīng)不遮擋冬季直射陽光。充分利用建筑隔熱構(gòu)造,如:雙層皮系統(tǒng)和淺色表面。充分采用生態(tài)綠化和雨水利用策略,達(dá)到環(huán)保效益。 在浙江臺(tái)州億利達(dá)辦公樓設(shè)計(jì)中,,分析以上總結(jié)的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用及應(yīng)用的效果。 本文對(duì)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)綠色辦公建筑的被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略進(jìn)行了全面的歸納分析,并以臺(tái)州億利達(dá)辦公樓為例,分析被動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)策略應(yīng)用的方法和效果,對(duì)同氣候條件下的建筑實(shí)踐具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the design of Yilida office building in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, the passive design strategy of green office building in hot summer and cold winter area is studied in this paper. Finally, the passive design strategy is put into practice. In hot summer and cold winter, it is necessary to coordinate the design of heat insulation and sunshade in summer and heat insulation and cold proof in winter. The purpose of passive design is to prolong the transition season and shorten the time of summer cooling and winter heating. At the same time, reduce the active energy consumption in summer and winter, and achieve certain environmental benefits. According to the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter area, the passive design strategies are summarized, including natural ventilation, natural lighting, building shading, building heat insulation, ecological greening, passive Rain Water utilization and so on. Based on the reading of a large number of domestic and foreign documents and the analysis of architectural cases at home and abroad, this paper probes into the methods of applying the passive design strategy summarized above in hot summer and cold winter areas, strengthening natural ventilation and making full use of wind pressure ventilation. In order to control the depth of the building less than 14 m, the ventilation corridor should be set up to improve the ventilation condition of the inner courtyard. The natural lighting should be strengthened, and the atrium with the flat skylight and the top lighting should be less used, and the sunshade facilities should be designed when the building is used, and the building sunshade should be strengthened. The direct sunlight in summer should be shielded, and the direct sunlight in winter should not be shielded. The thermal insulation structure of buildings, such as double skin system and light color surface, should be fully utilized, and ecological greening and Rain Water utilization strategy should be adopted to achieve environmental protection benefit. In the design of Yilida office building in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, the application and effect of passive design strategy summarized above in practice are analyzed. In this paper, the passive design strategy of green office building in hot summer and cold winter area is summarized and analyzed, and the application method and effect of passive design strategy are analyzed by taking Yilida office building in Taizhou as an example. It has reference significance to the construction practice under the same climate.
