【摘要】：在南通唐閘工業(yè)遺跡的復(fù)興規(guī)劃中,確定規(guī)劃目標是將其打造為中國當代傳統(tǒng)手工業(yè)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)。一期開發(fā)中,將油脂廠和造紙廠作為先鋒示范區(qū),對此處工業(yè)遺跡進行全面整治,以帶動后續(xù)建設(shè)。在對油脂廠、造紙廠現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研和評價的基礎(chǔ)上,提出保護開發(fā)的對策。首先,通過置入傳統(tǒng)手工業(yè)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)項目,對工業(yè)遺跡進行職能轉(zhuǎn)化;其次,在保護歷史空間格局的前提下,對場地進行規(guī)劃,整合空間結(jié)構(gòu)以及景觀設(shè)計和建筑的修繕與改造。
[Abstract]:In the plan for the revival of the industrial relics of the Tang Gate in Nantong, the planning objective was to establish it as a creative industrial district of contemporary Chinese handicraft industry. In the first phase of development, oil fat factories and paper mills were used as pioneer demonstration areas. On the basis of the investigation and evaluation of the present situation of oil fat factories and paper mills, the countermeasures for protection and development are put forward. First of all, through the introduction of creative industrial projects in traditional handicraft industries, Secondly, on the premise of protecting the historical space pattern, planning the site, integrating the space structure, landscape design and the restoration and renovation of the building.
