【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，，科學(xué)技術(shù)與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的聯(lián)系日漸緊密，科技創(chuàng)新毫無疑問成為推動(dòng)當(dāng)今社會(huì)進(jìn)步與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)因素和強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。尤其是國際金融危機(jī)以后，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局和國際力量對(duì)比出現(xiàn)新變化、新態(tài)勢(shì)，綜合國力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更趨激烈，創(chuàng)新能力的決定性意義更加突出。創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)作為我國的創(chuàng)新中心和高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)重要基地，在經(jīng)歷了幾十年的發(fā)展后，經(jīng)濟(jì)的增速及效益明顯減緩，出現(xiàn)了功能結(jié)構(gòu)和空間布局等方面的問題。目前我國的科技園區(qū)建設(shè)正處于向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，而國內(nèi)對(duì)于創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)的開發(fā)建設(shè)缺乏實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論指導(dǎo)。因此，在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)層面對(duì)創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)的開發(fā)建設(shè)進(jìn)行探討，從而形成一套能夠有效指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)進(jìn)行功能組織與空間架構(gòu)的理論體系，是現(xiàn)階段我們必須完成的一項(xiàng)工作。 本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)建設(shè)的理論分析與實(shí)例論證，系統(tǒng)而全面地揭示了目前我國創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)在功能建構(gòu)與空間形態(tài)方面的方向性設(shè)計(jì)策略。全文共六章，第一章提出了論文研究的背景，闡述了相關(guān)基本概念，分析了論文研究的目的、意義、內(nèi)容及研究方法等。第二章介紹了國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)的發(fā)展過程與理論研究成果，并提出了我國創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)在功能建構(gòu)和空間形態(tài)方面存在的問題。第三章闡述了基礎(chǔ)理論，通過對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地理與規(guī)劃建筑領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論借鑒，探索適合我國創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第四章重點(diǎn)分析了創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)的功能建構(gòu)，從園區(qū)的功能構(gòu)成、各功能分區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、子系統(tǒng)間相互關(guān)系及功能布局的模式等方面探討園區(qū)的功能建構(gòu)方式。第五章則對(duì)創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)的空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行了深入分析，從園區(qū)的區(qū)位布局、各空間要素的組合形態(tài)、空間布局手法及空間形態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì)策略等方面探討園區(qū)的空間形態(tài)模式。筆者通過大量的實(shí)地調(diào)研案例與系統(tǒng)化的論證，力求從城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)的角度，探索出一種良性的、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)功能建構(gòu)與空間形態(tài)模式。第六章通過對(duì)參與的實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目的詳細(xì)介紹，進(jìn)一步論證了上述理論研究，做到了理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。 本文希望通過對(duì)創(chuàng)新型科技園區(qū)功能與空間的分析，為國內(nèi)建筑師和規(guī)劃師在進(jìn)行這方面研究、設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)時(shí)提供有用翔實(shí)的參考資料。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the relationship between science and technology and the global economy is becoming closer and closer. Scientific and technological innovation has undoubtedly become the leading factor and powerful driving force to promote social progress and economic development, especially after the international financial crisis. New changes have taken place in the world economic pattern and the balance of international forces, the overall national strength has become more competitive, and the decisive significance of innovation has become more prominent. As the innovation center and the important base of high technology industry in China, innovative science and technology parks have become more and more important. After decades of development, the economic growth rate and efficiency have slowed down obviously, and the problems of functional structure and spatial layout have emerged. At present, the construction of science and technology parks in China is in a critical period of transition to innovation-driven development. However, there is a lack of practical experience and theoretical guidance for the development and construction of innovative science and technology parks in China. Therefore, the development and construction of innovative science and technology parks are discussed at the level of planning and design. Therefore, it is necessary for us to form a theoretical system which can effectively guide the functional organization and spatial structure of the innovative science and technology park. Based on the theoretical analysis and demonstration of the construction of innovative science and technology parks at home and abroad, this paper systematically and comprehensively reveals the directional design strategies of the function construction and spatial form of the innovative science and technology parks in China. The first chapter presents the background of the thesis, describes the basic concepts, analyzes the purpose, significance, content and research methods of the paper. The second chapter introduces the development process and theoretical research results of the innovative science and technology park at home and abroad. The problems in function construction and spatial form of innovative science and technology parks in China are put forward. The third chapter expounds the basic theory, and draws lessons from the relevant theories in the field of economic geography and planning and construction. Chapter 4th focuses on the analysis of the function construction of innovative science and technology park, from the function composition of the park, the design essentials of each functional zone, In chapter 5th, the spatial form of innovative science and technology park is analyzed in depth, from the location layout of the park and the combination form of each space element, the paper discusses the mode of function construction of the park from the aspects of the relationship between subsystems and the mode of function layout, etc. In Chapter 5th, the spatial form of the innovative science and technology park is deeply analyzed. This paper probes into the pattern of space form of the park from the aspects of space layout technique and design strategy of space form. Through a large number of field investigation cases and systematic argumentation, the author tries to explore a kind of benign city planning and design from the angle of city planning and design. The function construction and spatial form model of innovative science and technology park for sustainable development. Chapter 6th, through the detailed introduction of the participating practical projects, further demonstrates the above theoretical research, and achieves the combination of theory and practice. Through the analysis of the function and space of the innovative science and technology park, this paper hopes to provide useful reference materials for the domestic architects and planners in the research, design and construction of this area.
