三維復(fù)合隔震支座的碟形彈簧試驗與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文主要對新型三維復(fù)合隔震(3DGZ)支座進(jìn)行性能研究,進(jìn)行了水平隔震裝置設(shè)計方法的修正,提出了組合碟形彈簧件設(shè)計存在的問題;為了獲得組合碟形彈簧件實(shí)際工作狀態(tài)下的等效剛度和等效阻尼比,進(jìn)行了組合碟形彈簧組的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)加載試驗研究,進(jìn)行了試驗結(jié)果分析研究;利用(?)ANSYS有限元模擬,對3DGZ支座偏心工作狀態(tài)下的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析。具體研究工作和成果如下: 修正了3DGZ支座水平隔震裝置設(shè)計方法,并在ANSYS有限元軟件中建立支座模型對支座水平隔震工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行模擬。模擬結(jié)果顯示,修正后設(shè)計方法能夠較好的達(dá)到水平設(shè)計剛度。 針對3DGZ支座碟形彈簧組選取存在的不足,采用試驗的方法研究碟形彈簧靜態(tài)和動態(tài)加載特性,研究結(jié)果表明: (1)對于單片碟簧剛度曲線,數(shù)值模擬曲線與大撓度薄板假設(shè)算法所得加載曲線相差不大,與《GB1972-2005(碟形彈簧)》規(guī)范計算方法所得曲線相比更接近于試驗加載曲線。 (2)在動荷載作用下,碟形彈簧組在一定加載頻率以上能夠保持較好的耗能能力。隨著預(yù)壓量的增大,組合碟形彈簧件耗能能力增強(qiáng)。 (3)在較大預(yù)壓量下,隨著動載幅值的增大,組合碟形彈簧的的豎向等效剛度降低,等效阻尼比降低,但在較大預(yù)壓量下仍能保持在20%以上,這說明組合碟形彈簧仍具有較高的阻尼。 (4)分析規(guī)范給出組合碟形彈簧承載力計算公式中的疊合面摩擦系數(shù)物理意義及取值,將該摩擦系數(shù)實(shí)測值用于ANSYS有限元數(shù)值模擬,對比數(shù)值計算結(jié)果與碟形彈簧實(shí)驗數(shù)據(jù),探索數(shù)值分析時疊合面摩擦系數(shù)的設(shè)置方法。 (5)在偏心壓力作用下,3DGZ支座的穩(wěn)定性較好,在水平滯回耗能、水平運(yùn)動與豎向運(yùn)動解耦方面均優(yōu)于同類型支座。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the performance of the new 3D composite isolator 3DGZ support is studied, the design method of the horizontal isolation device is revised, and the problems in the design of the composite disc spring are put forward. In order to obtain the equivalent stiffness and damping ratio of the combined disc spring, the static and dynamic loading tests of the combined disc spring are carried out, and the experimental results are analyzed and studied. The stability of 3DGZ bearing under eccentric working condition is analyzed by ANSYS finite element simulation. The concrete research work and results are as follows:. The design method of horizontal isolation device for 3DGZ bearing is modified, and the support model is established in ANSYS software to simulate the working state of horizontal isolation. The simulation results show that the modified design method can achieve the horizontal design stiffness better. In view of the deficiency of selecting the disc spring group of 3DGZ support, the static and dynamic loading characteristics of the disc spring are studied by the experimental method. The results show that:. 1) for the stiffness curve of single disc spring, the numerical simulation curve is not different from the load curve obtained by the large deflection plate assumption algorithm, and is closer to the experimental loading curve than the curve obtained by < GB1972-2005 (disc spring) > specification calculation method. 2) under the action of dynamic load, the disc spring group can maintain a better energy dissipation capacity above a certain loading frequency, and with the increase of preloading amount, the energy dissipation capacity of the combined disc spring member increases. 3) with the increase of the amplitude of dynamic load, the vertical equivalent stiffness and the equivalent damping ratio of the combined disc spring decrease, but they can still be kept above 20% under large preloading. This shows that the combined disc spring still has a high damping. The physical meaning and value of the friction coefficient of the composite disc spring are given in the analytical code. The measured friction coefficient is used in the ANSYS finite element numerical simulation, and the numerical results are compared with the experimental data of the disc spring. To explore the setting method of friction coefficient of superimposed plane in numerical analysis. 5) the stability of the 3DGZ bearing under eccentric pressure is better than that of the same type of bearing in terms of horizontal hysteretic energy dissipation, horizontal and vertical motion decoupling.
